He studied during his Degree education at Payyanur, Kanjangad, and Kannur.  For M.Sc. (Mathematics) he joined at Devagiri College and shifted to Cochin University. Had his M.Phil. and Ph.D. at Bangalore University.

Joined as a Scientist at Advanced Data Processing Research Institute in the year 1989 and now is heading the Data Acquisition, Archival and Production Section and is the part of management by heading and supporting various internal committees. His interest includes HRD, Training, Knowledge Management apart from Mapping from Space. He is involved in many activities of the professional bodies like Indian National Cartographic Association, Indian Society of Remote sensing, and Indian Society of Geomatics.

He also studied Philosophy from SV University, Law from Osmania University, Management form Indhira Gandhi national Open University, and Psychotherapy and Counciling from IPMS, Mumbai.  Also is educated in Ayurveda, Herbo Mineral and Homeopathy medical practices and has his root in an Ayurveda related family.  Learned REIKI, Pranic, GEM and various other therapy/Healing practices. Learned Astrology and Vasthu too.

His interest in Health and Holistic treatment has gained him knowledge in Geobiology and Started practicing the dowsing for the Hartmann Lines (Geopathic Stress / Irritation zones) and solving the problems at places of living / working / establishments / factories etc.  The dowsing was also being done on the individual AURA (PRANA PANCHA Koshas) to assess the health and spirituality relation and well being.

The SPIRITUAL AND ESOTERIC ENERGY DOWSING AND HEALING is a brainchild of Dr. Sasikumar. There is a large demand for the lectures of Dr. Sasikumar and his service. Basically, he measures for the spiritual energy of the individuals and their place of living / working places. The effect of pooja and the benefit of the bakthi is being demonstrated. Problems of the individuals are being solved on private consultation on calls.

This book explains the idea, science, the working of the SEEDLING and the related subject. Many of the explanations are based on own experiences and more research and study is required for better evidence and proof. If time permits and the force behind the energy still stimulates; wait for a more concrete version.

SEEDLING
0.1.    AURA
Human physical body is called the Annamaya kosha, which exists for any living being.  The Pranamaya kosha is the vital body, which is present as long as the life exists. When one dies the pranamaya kosha gets detached. The dry leaf does not have the Pranamaya Kosha so also to the dead trees. All the animates which have the memory and the conscious mind do have the next settle layer around the body covering the Pranamaya Kosha called the Manonmaya Kosha. As one attains higher knowledge; the super conscious mind gets enlarged and covers the Manonmaya Kosha by the Vijnanamaya Kosha. The outer most cover is the cosmic energy kosha called the Anandamaya Kosha. These Pancha Kosha forms the energy layer of  living beings called the AURA.

0.2.    SPIRITUALITY

Spirituality calms the overactive mind and increases the mental energy and concentration to focus inwards. As one become more and more spiritual, the AURA grows, the cosmic energy gets enlarged and person reaches more close to GOD. Increasing the spirituality could attain the divine power of realization of vital life force energy.

0.3.    YOGA & MEDITATION
There is no need to talk connecting Yoga and Meditation in the general sense. But to be specific, this helps in realizing their goals much faster and better. Consider the Yoga initialization exercise – Swasa Kriya, the breathing exercise. With the chanting of AUM (OM) the Swasa Kriya becomes simple and much more effective.  The Yoga mudra and the positions make the meditation easy and complete.  It is easy for a yogi to get into meditation.  Reaching the meditation keeps the chemical reactions inside the brain and the vibrating frequencies of the brain to be minimal. Thus the meditations allows keeping the energy at the highest level and spirituality makes it much simpler to practice compared to any other practicing methods of focusing inwards to attain calm.  This is the reason why ten minutes of meditation replaces two to three hours of sleep.

0.4.    HEALERS

Healing need to keep the patient fit in the three-fold - physically, mentally and emotionally.  Our traditional way of treatment like AYURVEDA considers this holistic approach.  The imported methods like Unani, Homeopathy and Allopathy lack the holistic approach. The latest techniques of the ancient sciences like REIKI, PRANIC HEALING, KUNDALINI YOGA, COLOR THERAPY, CRYSTAL HEALING, MUSUC THERAPY and MAGNETO_THERAPY have been able to consider the three-fold health approach. But it is heartening to note that many healers claim much more than what the method they follow could claim, also fail to merit the other methods.

0.5.    GEO-BIOLOGY

There are earth energies that influence the living beings.  The energies could be good or bad, generated by the earth by the minerals, stones etc., or could be generated from the pollution contributed by human. Thus under the ground and in the atmosphere there are lot of such energies both good (positive) and bad (negative) that influences the biological inmates. The study of such energy is dealt under the subject called geo-biology.

0.6.    POSITIVE & NEGATIVE ENERGIES

There are many animals and plants that attract and enjoy these geo-biological energies. On one hand some of them are attracted to consume, store and spread the positive energies and on the other hand there are other sets for the negative. There are certain plants; not just animals, that like the positive energy and there is other set which are pro negative. The trees like coconut, pipal, apple, pear, plum; plants like thulasi, sunflower etc. are positive and cherry, peach, oak, fir are negative. Similarly the animals like human, dogs, cows, elephants, horses, chickens gets attracted to the positive energy and at the contrary the cats, bees, ants, insects, bacteria likes the negative energy. This is the reason people say that the place where your dog rests is a good place and on the other hand the cats rest is not good.

0.7.    GEOPATHIC STRESS

The stress influenced on the living being because of the bad energy at the place of stay is called the geopathic stress. The above classification of negative and the positive energies makes it clear that the place where the negative energy persists is not good for the humans.  Thus there is a need for identification of such negative places and clear it for making it positively livable.

0.8.    HARTMANN LINES & NODES

Hartmann was a German dowser who was very successful in identifying the underground water source.  He realized on his dowsing failures - the existence of negative energies along the straight lines – due to the presence of some other energy that influences the dowsing.  His experiments give rise to the understanding of the lines formed by the Geopathic Stress called the Hartmann Lines. It is detected that there are two sets of Hartmann Lines, one in the south-north and the other in the east-west direction. These lines are the agglomeration of the negative energies and flows from one side to the other in specific directions. The crossings of these lines are called the Hartmann Nodes.

0.9.    HEALTH, ILLNESS & BAD OMEN
The Hartmann lines are the concentrations of the negative energies; they influence badly on the positive life.  One who sits at the location will feel sluggish. The bad energy being exposed continuously will case health problems. There are studies to report that the place gives symptoms like Sleeplessness, insomnia, decrease of appetite, nightmares, mental depression, increased heartbeat, suffering from ill-defined disease, paralysis, sharp headache etc.  The anxiety of the business plans and functions with uncertainty slow development, loss of self-confidence, difficulty in learning is also understood to be influenced by the earth rays. Children exposed to these energies have been seemed to be under a stammer effect.  As per the reports by Kathe Bachler, earth ray researcher in Austria; Dr. Arnold Manliker, Dr. Harger in Germany, Dr. Ernest Hartmann and Melvin Galwin (Novel prize), the cancer is produced under the influence of geopathic earth ray.

0.10.  SCIENTIFIC EQUIPMENTS & PROOFS

There are scientific equipments to measure the AURA. Some of them use an instrument in which the finger needs to be inserted and concentrate and relax in turn for the measurement to get stabilized. Thus the AURA can be read in numbers.  The Kirlian Photography is used to photograph the AURA of the body to be developed on a special negative film or print paper. There is no full–proof scientific reasoning on this mechanisms but it is observed that the AURA exist only for the living being and not for the dead.  The green leaf has got AURA and not the dried ones. Also the person who has problems on health – physically, mentally, emotionally – can be photographed and the detection of the illness is possible by interpreting the AURA.

The dowsing equipments are known for the identification of the existence of water and minerals in side the earth’s underground.  In detection of the existing pipelines and the cables during survey the dowsers’ help is sought. The success rates of the dowsers are huge and is in use may be more than 8000 years. But till today no one knows how dowsing works. Einstein thought that the answer probably lay in electromagnetism and the research by many physicists suggests that this may be so.

Russian Scientific Association has recognized the pair of Hartmann rods as the simplest dowsing equipment. With very little practice, any individual can easily handle these rods to measure the AURA and positive and negative energies as one dowse for the underground water and minerals.

0.11   REALIZATION OF ENERGIES

It is a realization for the animals that can detect the presence of the energies. There are stories on the predictions of one the earthquake in China by watching the behavior of the animals in that region.  This prediction had saved many lives. There is no scientific method to predict the earthquake and the studies by the scientists are only on the measurements and the after effects.

Ancient practices of deciding the place of living by locating the resting-place of cow of sheep indicate the faith that the human being had in the VASTU. These animals have the special capability to detect the positive energy location. The migrating birds are believed as being navigated by the pattern of the Earth’s magnetic field. This may be because of an unconscious reaction on the muscles, which can be realized only when gets sensitized for that.

There are saints who could predict the energy levels of places and the people. Also there are healers who either channelize or provide the cosmic energy or the prana for the needed ones. These healers realize the energy so as the beneficiaries. The meditation and spiritual practices could increase the power of realization and the visualization of the positive and the negative energies at places and living being.

0.12.  SPIRITUAL ENERGIES & CONCENTRATION

The GOD has infinite AURA and is the source of the cosmic energy. Hindu Veda considers SUN, AIR, WATER, EARTH, ATMOSPHERE, BRHMANDAM, etc. as the source of energies. Infinite power exists in these sources and one could consume as much as required and a healer can transfer this energy to the required beneficiary who are not able to absorb it directly.

There are various sources of energies and all may have varied strengths. The energies get its impressions on all varied forms of Idols, Pictures and Geometries.  Also based on the japas and the MANTHRAS being chanted around these symbols makes them to light it more powerful to serve well.

The specific Geometries and the metal used to draw them determine the power of the YANTHRAS so created.  The yanthras are also very powerful as the concentrations of the energies. There are specific geometries being drawn in front of many of the houses called – muggu (Kolam). The SWASTHIK being drawn on many occasions also serves as the source or transformer of energy.

Many of the stones, gems, rings, rudrakshas, rosaries and the various ornaments used could collect and concentrate the energies.  The enlightenment of the life force energies by the use of these external wearing are immense.

The JAPA and the MUSIC also could create the positive force.  The presence of the Idols, Pictures, Geometries and the wearing are resources that can attract these energies and preserves it for the service for longer time.  Thus the PRARTHANA and POOJA with Japas exposed to these spiritual symbols become more powerful and will have more longevity.

Water is understood to have the maximum capacity to absorb the energies.  The ordinary water that one collects from the tap when analyzed by enlarging 20000 times shows a scattered pattern against the six-petal shape of the purest water.  The distilled water gets a polygon shape and the clustered water gets the blurred petal shape.  The THEERTHAM that one collects from the TEMPLE or at your PRARTHANALAYAM after the pooja gets a clear petal shape. This indicates that the water can be cleansed through Japas of MANTHRAS. This is the reason that water is used with mantras for many of the SPIRITUAL KARMAS.  Consuming the pure water helps the body to be healthy. The visualization of blood purification can be seen by analysing the blood before and after consuming the Theertham. Thus the consumption of the THEERTHAM is very good for the health. It is to be noted that the row vegetables and fruits are known as sources of vitamins and energies because of the purest water present in them.

0.13   BAD FORCES - TRANSFORMERS & CLEANSING

In practice, cleaning of a place is not possible unless one identifies the place of dustbin, so is the case with energies. Energy can neither be created nor be destroyed. The spiritual powers works as the sink of the bad energies and source of the good energies. They can thus be considered as the transformers.

One could approach the healer to fill the gap in his AURA and the healer balances and energises it. But if the place of stay is not a place of positive energy, the treatment is as pouring water in a leaking vessel.  Thus it is important to place the patient, to that matter all the living being at the place of positive energy.

The simplest technique is to keep the place positive is to place Idols or Pictures of GOD, YANTHRAS and also do POOJA and chant MANTHRAS as much as possible.  The best way to get cleaned, balanced and energised is the SPIRITUAL WAY. In these advanced mechanized era the people are lacking the opportunities to realize the GOD and hence have varied ill-defined problems. A well-defined approach in life can be achieved by leading by positive attitude in the activities.

The bad energies that are of high intensities and that are powerful and are not able to be removed by the normal prayers and worships are the one need to attend by the DOSHAPARIHARAS.  The method could be to transfer the DOSHA to a priest (BRAHMIN) who has the power to transfer them into positive. By giving the DHAKSHINA, this is what is being assumed to be happening.  The papa is being transferred to the BRAHMIN, which he can neutralize by chanting the required mantras.

The worst negative effect could only be removed by the AVAHANA methods. In this process the bad energies are caught in some specific YANTHRAS and they are generally immersed in deep-water ponds. Strong mantras could also be used to clear the bad energy in these AVAHANA YANTHRAS and can be reused. These processes of UDWAHANA can be done only by certain category of specialized brahmins.

There are specific IDOLS OF GODS in Hindu mythology that is capable of absorbing the evil spirits.  In such places the KURUTHI like pujas will be done and the GOD takes the bad effects on the individuals and the person gets relieved.   Most of the GODS in these classes exist as the sub-deity along with powerful GOD like RUDRA (SHIVA). The reason is that the person need to get positive energy as he get rid of the bad effects of negative energy, then only the person can improve in their activities.

0.14   BAD THOUGHTS

The place where the bad thoughts get propagated makes the surrounding filled with negative energies.  The place where un-healthy arguments or scolding takes place, fightings happens; are the places that produce bad energies.  By analyzing the energy level at a house at various places it is possible to indicate the level of happiness in the house and also the place of arguments and fighting.

The fighting could be the character of the individual due to his planetary position in the Jathaka (Horoscope). The place at which one stays could help in aggravating or pacifying the GRAHACHARAS. The PARIHARAM being prescribed by the astrologer for these happening helps the individual in creating the positive energy. It is the responsibility of the individuals to continue the prayers and sustain the energy level.

If one could not catch the rail and the POOJA-KARMAS are not generating the positive effect or he remains in the negative area, the effect will be the bad thoughts. Because of the bad thoughts the area become more and more bad and the people staying in such places will be suffering. One could see fighting, arguments and diseases in such places.

0.15   VASTHU IN ENERGY CONCEPT

The place of living needs to be clean to be healthy.  Compounded effects of many of the factors need to be considered to conclude the status of the place of living. These may be like the direction of the wind, location of rooms, place of entrants, existence of the neighboring establishments and facilities, external thoughts that influences the place, internally created bad thoughts etc. There are ways and means of handling each of these in various methods and most of them work in tandem while deciding the effect of VASTHU.  The cumulative effect of all these varied components can be quantified and shown in terms of goodness (positive) or badness (negative) in the energy concept.

The Hartmann Lines inside the house determines the health, divinity and the good and bad locations in the house. It is easy to feel the energy differences in the house for a geopathic energy practitioner (Geobiologist). The Hartmann Rods can be used to detect and demonstrate the presence of the energy lines and nodes. Also the clearing processes by simple techniques that can be felt instantly by the inmates provides the opportunity to demonstrate energy concept. The virtue and grace of GOD can be realized even in this day of complex life styles to underline the ancient Indian Traditions in Veda.

0.16   GOD REALIZATION

The way to improve the activity is the realization of GOD, absorbs the infinite source of energy.  Do PRAYERS, POOJAS, and JAPAS, etc. to have immense power to visualize the self and clean the thought processes. Also it helps in cleaning the DOSHAS and attaining the positive energy.  The wearing of the GEMS, STONES, RUDRAKSHAS, MALAS, ROSARIES helps in concentrating the positive energy effect on the person wearing them.  The YANTHRAS helps in cleaning the area by closing the passages of the bad energies. All these are the methods and steps that take us and show the presence of GOD.

MEDITATING on GOD is another (and the best) way to feel the presence of the GOD.  The opening of the SAHASRACHAKRAS and the realization of the EXTREAM POWER give the happiness.  The practice of such visualization of GOD gives more and more PRANA and the AURA to give health and spirituality to the practitioner.

0.17   UNIFICATION

The situation of GOD REALIZATION takes one into a stage where the individual will not distinguish the healing method as YOGA, REIKI, PRANIC, COLOR, MUSIC, VEDIC etc. The energy is the positive energy that needs to be given to treat a patient and there may be requirements of removal of negative energy.  The treatment that the physical body requires for its ailments cannot be replaced by these methods.  Thus the treatment under Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani, Herbal, Mineral, Allopathy need to be continued.  The place of stay of the patient needs to be cleared and his spirituality needs to be improved. The placement of Idols, Pictures, Chakras, Yanthras helps in this process. Only such unified treatment could help the progress of healing.  To keep good health and sustain energy, staying in an area of positive energy is essential. Thus the concept of UNIFIED VASTHU is built-in in the treatment of life problems without getting into the complexes and details. The idea is to find the health in the environment and mind that will influence the tree-fold fitness (physical, mental and emotional).

Apart from these general treatment there could be specific cases were one need to study the Jathaka  (HOROSCOPE). Because of the specific planetary position in the Jathaka, there could be problems that are beyond the general prescriptions. To reduce such  JATHAKA DOSHA and the DASA SANDHI it is essential to have the study of the horoscope and prescribe specific GEMS, POOJAS, KARMAS and JAPAS.

Thus the prescription for treatment and well-being need to be a unified one considering the overall aspects of the place of planets at the time of birth, the place of living and the spirituality that determines the CHAITHANIYA of the life.  One needs to get into good practices to attain the better living and the MOKSHA as the end goal.

0.18   SPIRITUAL DOWSING

The spiritual dowsing is the visualization of the
·       Power of the life force energy
·       Earth generated positive and negative energies
·       Effect of meditation / being spiritual
·       Negative places in your place of stay
·       Cleaning process through
            japa, meditation, dyana, prayers etc.
            keeping the idols, pictures etc.
            transferring the cosmic energy etc.
            placing the stones, plants etc.
            mantras, yanthras, gems, stones etc.
            homams, poojas, avahanas, etc.

The SPIRITUAL DOWSING RODS are used to illustrate these.  It is possible to go deviceless with continuous practice of meditation and improved consciousness sensitized to measure energies. The tools themselves provide an element of safety for the beginner and create confidence to the beneficiaries. The dowsing tool can be used to create faith in GOD by taking the individual to the spiritual world through the physical experiences. For each of the questions in the spiritual world, one could come back to the physical world and ask the same question to see or feel the response of the dowsing tool (the SPIRITUAL DOWSING ROD).

A..       Concept of Energy

A.0. Introduction
The whole world is full of energy. Good, Bad, Natural, Created, Converted and many more. But in this state of difficulty all forgets the address of the source and hunt for the energy elsewhere. The needed will be able to tap the energy only if one knows where it exists. The energy that we describe is like the electromagnetic or the sound and other visual wave that exist everywhere and it comes on your TV / radio set only when you tune for the same in the specific frequencies. We do not realize the existence of it as we don not see, hear, smell, taste nor feel them with our PANJEDRIYAS. With the SIXTH sense one will be able to feel the energy.

I remumber the story from my brother. The boy who see a pebble on the road side will start kicking at it until it breaks or getting out of his view or interest. On the other hand a geologist may start worrying about the age, contents, strength etc. etc. of the stone. The moral is that one who knows the value only understand or try to analyse.  For the boy who does not understand the merit of it may see it only as a playing item and may be able to derive joy out of it. There may be many who just stamp on it and pass by, but do not care or look at it at all. As this story says the merit exist but the boy is not aware of it.

Our body do have an energy field around it; call it PRANA, Bio-Energy, Chith, Chaythanyam, Prabha, Life or what ever you need. Such is the case with every living being. Also the non-living too have an energy level. For instance we are dealing with the energy in the living being which is termed as bio-energy.

A.1.   Bio-energy

Everything in the universe consists of energy. Everything is interconnected. All our thoughts and mental states are energy. As parts of a cosmic organism, we are energy beings. The most amazing fact is that we have electromagnetic fields around us. These energy fields are nonmaterial, and they are associated with human emotions or thoughts as forms of energy. Any live organism has a special structure - a bio-energy field.

The bio-energy field of a human consists of subtle bodies with their energetic potentials, and which give strength and power to the biological field. Energetic potential depends on the conditions of physical and psychic health, and, perhaps, astrological factors. For example, experienced psychics can feel human energy fields with their hands without touching a body, and, sometimes, even see a glowing aura around individuals.
Many views and hypotheses about bio-energy exist nowadays, and some many researchers call it psi-energy. Special experiments in the laboratories enabled researchers to discover waves of energy emitted by humans. With mental activities the waves changed with speed of thought: the thought was followed by energy. Electric charges in the human's head change on different levels of consciousness. The electric field of a human is the unity of positive (+) and negative (-) electric zones.
In order to be healthy, the energetic balance must be maintained in the bio-energy system. Energetic balance and constant freely flowing of energy are important factors in health and well-being.
Bio-energy can be explained as bio-electromagnetic energy. One can hear about terms of positive and negative energy in bio-energy healing.  The term of bio-positive energy means pure healing energy coming from God. Positive energy flows freely in energy systems bringing vitality and health. Whereas definition of bio-negative energy is trapped, disharmonious, stale, or stagnant energy that blocking pathways and prevent vital energy from freely flowing in energy systems. Negative energy brings imbalances into energetic systems, and it is connected to illnesses and emotional trauma.
Everyone of us possess incredible strength - our bio-energy. If you employ it consciously, it will give you tremendous power, and ability to heal yourself and others from physical, spiritual and mental problems.  It is possible to control energy consciously.  To perform "distant mental healing" and "healing on a photograph” are also possible.
Everyone possesses a more or less powerful bio-energy field which interacts with fields of others. It is interesting to learn about how to manage life situations with your bio-energy. With power of your own bio-energetic field, and energy in your hands, you can become a healer. Even if you use this knowledge for yourself and your loved ones, you will see how your life will be happier, energetic, and fulfilling.

A.2. MOKSHA
I remumber my neighbour talking about MOKSHA. MOKSHA during the living itself. The essence is that one could reject and reach to sanyasam after really dejected himself from all the worldly enjoyment. They are more stable and good in their activity in contrast to the case of being in sanyasi roopa and longing for the worldly enjoyments.  The people not having the chance of enjoying the freedom or the facility for the enjoyment gets into dejection and to save themselves act as they have rejected to attain sanyasa.

The moksha can be attained only after renouncing. The concept of renouncing is not a physical phenomenon. This has to be a mental status. Else the time one is exposed to the worldly attractions they gets trapped in the attractions and gets lost in them. The mind need to be in a stage of rejection for not having the interest in the so called interesting worldly facilities.

I used to advice the people to have non-vegetarian food if you have a desire and eat as much and as long as you want. If required to get MOKSHA from it you may get or not. Do not bother about it. Why this is being said along when explaining the bad effect of having the ‘dead bodies’ is that better not to have it when you really do not like to have. Not when your mind cry for it and the mouth water for the meat and still you call as the one who do not require non-vegetarian food. This becomes self deceiving which is a papa.

No one is born saints and are attracted to the worldly beauties, tastes etc. and need to satisfy the requirements. For being a social being we must be acting against the will and wish of the sub-concious mind. What is more important is to get into the MOKSHA and not being pushed or pulled into it. While understanding the energy we must be in MOKSHA stage.

Family Problems – Relations are Blind
Most of the family during the early years get into problems. The expectations are high and the reality is not able to match. I used to joke that having the mother-in-law in the house is good that as the fighting between the bride and the mother-in-law keeps the wife busy and a small support from the husband keeps the wife more attached to him. Lord Krishna was lucky as his two wives were busy fighting each other and they found no time to fight with the LORD. Also their complaints used to be a fun for the LORD. The reason may be x, y, z. But the logical thinking brings out the fact that people are not ready to accept as the counter part as they are available to them; the demands are too much that can’t be satisfied.

It is wondering to note that in many of the cases the wife being rejected and not cared when they are on their family way or when they have the kid to look after. The main reason is that the involvement of the father is not being really felt by the gents as it is felt by the mother. It needs a good mind setting and preperation.  A readiness to accept the kid as their dearest one need to come from the heart.

Many cases the relations are just acted and the inner story is being understood only when it is bursted out one troublesome day.  It is necessary in any family to show the love to each other. It need to be shown, but not acted. If we analyse most of our grand parents, non of them look handsome or beautiful, but we never felt it, unless you see them as an outsider. The reason is your relation gives the cult of love between you and you are seeing only as your grandma or grandpa and not as an individual. Hence the relation supersedes the individuality. But it should never be demanded. That should just make you blind to accept them.

2.2.  GODs Do Had Problems
Most of the GODs had problems. The BRAHMAs problems wit wife is known. The fate he had not being worshiped also need no repetition. Shiva do often fights with Parvathi. Apart from this consider his family that have the Peacock, rat and snake being pampered by the father and the kids are birth bound enemies. How do you think Shiva must have struggled to manage his house. Think of the family of Krishna. His two wives always fights. The brother was a fulltime drunkard. During the mediation with Kawravas and Pandavas he could not succeed. Later he advised them to fight. He was not impartial but given the cult of an impartial. One is great when his people around him gets the benefit from the individual. Think of Krishna, his closest are the Pandavas and they had always troubles. Krishna could have created another land and a world and given to them as another land was given by Shiva to Ravana, as Srilanka. Thus he was not useful to the closest people around him also. He couldnot save himself from the arrow of a common person. How do you think he can save the world.

Another example I used to quote is thatof Ganesa. He is one whose physical structure is such you can’t even imagine he walking. But when one need to ru, jump, or do any circus prays him to get the starting push. Is this not a symbolism, to say that think of somebody who is weaker tghan you and get the courage.  To say, even Sukumaran can jump, then why not I and you? This does corrage to anyone.

Many such contradictions against the GODLY powers and charisma of the GODs can be put forth. But what is the lesson? The lesson is that the GOD represents all the problems and indicates he and his incarnations are for understanding the problems and one cannot solve until the indvidual undergoes the troubles.

2.3.  Pray for the Courage to Face Problems
Most of us have faith in GOD but more is the fear. It is difficult to find out who has the real faith. In these days many are taking advantages in the name of GOD. The KALI – the tenth incarnation of VISHNU has entered in every one of us. The act of KALI is what is showing all the trouble around us.

The  BHAKTHI is something that cannot be weighed. BHAKTI is too private. But there are many does it too publica and when we compare with them we get biveldered.  In PURANAS too there are many mention about the BHAKTI of characters. In the BHAGAVATHAM mainly many characters got entered only due to their BHAKTHI. The incarnation of the GOD itself has been to protect the real BHAKTHAS. Thus we could see many starting from the PRAHALADA, MAHABALI as examples.

When GOD takes the incarnation and live like a king or a human being and lives in this world with all the problems and pleasures. Their supernatural powers are not shown to tackle their problems . The problems are faced with all bravery and shows to all the BHAKTHAS how to face the problems. Thus each of the problems and the solutions that GOD identifies are considered to be examples for us learn. ARJUNA in the MAHABHARATHA war expresses his problems and the lessons of LORD KRISHNA could not get into ARJUNA. Declaring that nothing could get into his brain or mind, ARJUNA expresses total helplessness. KRISHNA asks him for the total surrender and he will take care. This lesson explains that for LORD to act in you need to be totally surrendered.

2.4.  Give Time to GOD to Decide What is good for you

Any one in problem is and will be in hurry to solve it. Understand that many of the problems are lessons in ones life. One need to experience it.  The trouble of a mount climbing experienced by the individual is not horrible but is thrilling as long as he is involved in that. An outsider feels it as a mear waste of energy and may comment on the un-necessary trouble he is undergoing. Strive on to reaching the top is the only aim that the climber keeps. Learn from him.

I always like to watch a squirrel jumping from one plantain leaf to another. Notice the way the leaf swings with the weight of the squirrel and the balancing of it to find the optimal time to jump to the next leaf. My heart used to beat while watching it, fearing the fall. This fear is that build tension in human in their individual, family and social problems. The courage that this small animal have is not there with the human. Always scared. We are not in a position to use our ability and power.

The advance withdrawal and avoiding the instances itself gives us less of experiences and keeps us alone. People feel attachment may demand more from us and they keep alone. Scared of being satisfied and making others satisfied. Consider the positive attitude is that GOD want us to take up. The power to solve the problems thitherto will be also be given by the GOD. Only we have to give the time for the GOD to act. Many people I have seen are hurry in settling the issues and processes. I used to ask them to give some time to the GOD to decide and you or any healer shouldn’t be in a hurry to solve your problems. Also it is always said that a healer should standby when the nature does its duty.

2.5.   Karma
I consider the life as a drama. You have no option on the script, the direction, the dialogue, the actions of other characters, the feelings, etc. The actions and reactions are at your disposal, within the scope of the drama. You act well and perform the job well. Let other characters appreciate the acting, you are probably assured with a better role tomarrow. I just do not want to take the role of a master, nor I am qualified to do so.

2.6.   Bhakti
The term Bhakti comes from the root 'Bhaj', which means 'to be attached to God'. Bhajan, worship, Bhakti, Anurag, Prem, Priti are synonymous terms. Bhakti is love for love's sake. The devotee wants God and God alone. There is no selfish expectation here. There is no fear also. Therefore it is called 'Parama Prem Rupa'. The devotee feels, believes, conceives and imagines that his Ishtam (tutelary deity) is an Ocean of Love or Prem.

Bhakti is the slender thread of Prem or love that binds the heart of a devotee with the lotus feet of the Lord. Bhakti is intense devotion and supreme attachment to God. Bhakti is supreme love for God. It is the spontaneous out-pouring of Prem towards the Beloved. It is pure, unselfish, divine love or Suddha Prem. There is not a bit of bargaining or expectation of anything here. This higher feeling is indescribable in words. It has to be sincerely experienced by the devotee. Bhakti is a sacred, higher emotion with sublime sentiments that unites the devotees with the Lord.

Mark how love develops. First arises faith. Then follows attraction and after that adoration. Adoration leads to suppression of mundane desires. The result is single-mindedness and satisfaction. Then grow attachment and supreme love towards God.
In this type of highest Bhakti all attraction and attachment which one has for objects of enjoyment are transferred to the only dearest object, viz., God. This leads the devotee to an eternal union with his Beloved and culminates in oneness.

Bhakti is of various kinds. One classification is Sakamya and Nishkamya Bhakti. Sakamya Bhakti is devotion with desire for material gains. A man wants wealth with this motive practices Bhakti. Another man wants freedom from diseases and therefore does Japa and offers prayers. A third one wants to become a Minister and does Upasana with this aim. This is Sakamya Bhakti. Whatever you want the Lord will certainly give you, if your Bhakti is intense and if your prayers are sincerely offered from the bottom of your heart. But you will not get supreme satisfaction, immortality and Moksha through Sakamya Bhakti.

Your Bhakti should always be Nishkamya Bhakti. God has already given you a good position, a good job, wife and children and enough wealth. Be contented with these. Aspire for Nishkamya Bhakti. Your heart will be purified and the Divine Grace will descend upon you. Be in communion with the Lord, you will become one with the Lord and you will enjoy all the Divine Aisvaryas (Divine attributes like wisdom, renunciation, power, etc.). All the Vibhutis (Special forms in which the Lord manifests) of the Lord He will give you. He will give you Darsan. He will help you to dwell in Him. At the same time He will give you all the Divine Aisvaryas also.

Another classification of Bhakti is Apara-Bhakti and Para-Bhakti. Apara-Bhakti is for beginners in Yoga. The beginner decorates an image with flowers and garlands, rings the bell, offers Naivedya (food-offerings), wave lights; he observes rituals and ceremonies. The Bhakta here regards the Lord as a Supreme Person, who is immanent in that image and who can be propitiated through that form only.

He has no expanded heart. He is a sectarian. He dislikes other kinds of Bhaktas who worship other Devatas. Gradually, from Apara-Bhakti, the devotee goes to Para-Bhakti, the highest form of Bhakti. He sees the Lord and Lord alone everywhere and feels His Power manifest as the entire universe. "Thou art all-pervading; on what Simhasana shall I seat Thee ? Thou art the Supreme Light, in whose borrowed light the sun, the moon, the stars and the fire shine; shall I wave this little Deepa or light before You ?" - thus the devotee recognizes the transcendental nature of God. Para-Bhakti and Jnana are one. But every Bhakta will have to start from Apara-Bhakti. Before you take your food, offer it to God mentally; and the food will be purified. When you pass through a garden of flowers, mentally offer all the flowers to the Lord in Archana (offering flowers in worship). When you pass through the bazaar and see a sweetmeat shop, offer all the sweetmeats as Naivedya to the Lord. Such practices will lead to Para-Bhakti.

Bhakti is also classified into Gauna-Bhakti and Mukhya-Bhakti. Gauna-Bhakti is the lower Bhakti and Mukhya-Bhakti is the higher type of Bhakti.
Go from stage to stage. Just as a flower grows in the garden, so also gradually develop love or Prem in the garden of your heart.

The enemy of devotion is egoism and desire. Where there is no Kama or desire, there alone will Rama (the Lord) manifest Himself. The enemies of peace and devotion are lust, anger and greed. Anger destroys your peace and your health also. When a man abuses you, keep peaceful. When blood begins to boil, it is impoverished. You lose vitality if you become a prey to fits of temper.

A.3. Spirituality
The physical structure (BODY) and the environment in which one lives is the same. This means that the within and the out side is the same for many of us. Their body and the food, brain and the education, mind and the logic, BHAKTI and the spiritual level may also be the same. The GOD – may be Allah, Iswar, Lord, Dieu, Gott, Jehovah, or any other – is the same and he does not distinguish the one from other. In spite of these many of us have problems and we start asking “ Why this for me ? Why should I live with these problems and sufferings ?”

May be the answer to this is not available as the knowledge what we have is limited and is difficult to understand the problem of others totally by anybody other than himself. This doesn’t mean that there is no solution. The answer to your questions is to be asked to the Spiritual Masters. May be in a sense what I am trying is to answer the query in some sense, if not directly. This attempt will help in finding some answer within each one of you.

I am able to see the energy in the spirituality in accordance with the life force energy. The benefit has been seen working and many got benefited. Thus it is the belief and the feeling that has to play higher role than the brain and the mind to realize the energy of spirituality. After all we understand many things by our heart than our brain. Do not logically weigh them to understand what is got into brain and what is in heart. Then spirituality will have no place in you. Otherwise heart will direct the brain.

The bottom line for many concerning their Health and Well being in their present existence is much affected by Doctors. Doctors are trained as mechanics that work on the physical mechanism. They are in the Business of Treatment; they are not trained in the "Art of Healing". Most do not even understand the most rudimentary concepts of Healing. Most do not realize how they can produce damage and even induce death sentences on their patients.  There is little difference in the effects produced by an intentional damaging curse or a prayer prayed improperly, bad advice or simply some random negative thought.

Healers are the gap filling agents to cure in holistic way. Many healers generally have little concept about True Spirituality or how the universe really operates. As a consequence they convey misinformation, half-truths, superstitions and fears along with a multitude of associated damaging information into a person's consciousness. The result of which is Confusion and Paradox. The suggestion regarding a strictly religious approach would be to make a serious effort to study each and every one of them thoroughly and in depth. The result will be absolutely amazing when one discovers each and everyone of them are all talking about the Same Thing, only from their own unique perspective. Real enlightenment develops as the understanding for each reveals they are only methods and techniques.

3.1.  "Spiritual Physics"
Physics in the past hit a stone wall until someone dared to suspect there must be rules and laws that existed they new nothing about "Spiritual Physics" is a term coined in '96 by Jim Harmon as a descriptive term as it applies to the body of technical understanding regarding spiritual healing.

IBM’s' scientists recently achieved the amazing feat of relocating a particle of energy a small distance; maybe they should have called a metaphysician. Time, space and consciousness travel has been around forever, history being filled with examples. Progress in the field of physics as it applies to the spiritual has been neglected for two reasons, fear and money. Some of the scientists I've talked too who are spiritually aligned speak of how it all works as very matter of fact; others who are not are scared to even discuss it.

One unique phenomenon recently observed by scientists indicated energy behaved differently for different observers. The revealing truth in this discovery is that we influence our energetic being and that of others and other things. The puzzling thing about our energetic being as much as it behaves electrically, magnetically and clearly demonstrates electro-magnetic characteristics it has defied attempts to measure this activity even with the most sophisticated equipment.

Almost all sensient people can "feel" this "energy"; a large percentage of them can clearly "see" it also. There is a definite Super-conductive element present regarding the flow of this spiritual energy aspect. People and objects energetic fields can become extremely elevated by anothers' influences. If a sensient person scans another or any object to establish a base-line reference of its' energetic field strength and the person or object is "enhanced" a dramatic elevation of activity is readily apparent. The only reliable direct means of measuring these effects is the biological interfacing with sensitive EEG equipment; with some of the better aura photography equipment renounced effects have also been observed.

The main conclusion one could theorize: all things exist with characteristics operating on many dimensional levels we are not fully aware of or understand. Be assured at some point in the near future all the mystery will disappear and the attitude will be, of course it works that way.

One law of Spiritual Physics is everything is subject to how you feel about it.

B- PRANA
B.0. Introduction
The various forms of energy ... chi, chakras, siddhas, subtle body forms, auras ... are dealing with the same life force energy / PRANA.

The physical form body that we function through in the physical world is only one of many bodies we utilize - often without knowing that we are using them. They are bridge bodies that connect us with the absolute. They are the connectors between the micro and the macro cosmic forces. It is through the abilities inherent in these supplemental bodies that we can stretch our ordinary knowing beyond its physical confines. Think of envelopes or cosmic folds surrounding the physical body. These other bodies are called sheaths or kosas and create layers of decreasing density until there is no density left and we are in union.

Mystics and psychics are frequently aware of these subtle body layers and the chakras. They are most often visible as what we know as auras.

B.1  The PRANA

1.1.  BODY & MIND – BETTER  PRACTICES

Prana is the energy in all living being for its functioning.  The content and the quantum of the energy determine the life force and the health. They are mainly of five types and have specific kinds and nature of duties. Through the breath called PRANA a living creature is enabled to move. Through that called VYANA, they put forth strength of action.  That called APANA moves downwards. That called SAMANA resides within the heart. Through that called UDANA one eructates and is enabled to speak in consequence of its piercing through the lungs, the throat and the mouth.

The look and feel and also the well being of the physical body is being taken care by many as the general public are much concerned about it.  Are you really thankful to your body? How many of us have considered the importance of each of our body-parts and felt thankful to them for all the services being given by them to you. Also see them as individuals with identity and given their due credits.

The PRANA body also is felt to certain stage and one cares it for the cleaning. Considers the cleanliness and also tries to avoid the proximity of polluted air.  Thus the vital body and the energy is felt and hence it is taken care of.  It is required to get the full benefit of PRANA by filling the purest air and suck the full energy for the benefit. How many enjoy the breath. How many get to know the breath.  For good PRANA there has to be ten minutes of known breath.

The memory and the conscious body that feeds the superconcious mind to decide the mental, intellectual and spiritual levels are not really under the custody of many individuals. The way to reach to this is practice MEDITATION.
To enlarge the cosmic body that shells the VIGNANAMAYA KOSA is to be spiritual.  The spirituality increases the positiveness of the individual and takes towards the GOD to keep the person much happier and protected.

B.2. THE HUMAN AURA
Our bodies emanate radiations in a pulsating pattern that surround the physical entity like a glowing capsule. This is known as the aura. Generally invisible to normal sight, these radiations can be seen by certain "sensitives," and have indeed been photographed! The aura serves as a mirror of physical health, and
therefore, all auras - like all people - differ. This differential is in color, not shape, and researchers believe that varying auric colors reflect specific characteristics of the people they surround.

Sitting in Bjorn Jensen's lounge is like sinking into the peaceful ambience of a log cabin which has no electricity connected. "The problem with damaging energy fields is that they can't always be measured by our current recognized instruments", says Jensen. In connection with, for example, electromagnetic fields, one can find elements of radiation and energies which our science can still not understand because it can not be measured. It is these unknown elements, which are most damaging to life's  energy itself, which the scientists can't even measure. Life energy can be proven with Kirlian photography and Aura cameras, even though the existing technique at the moment is quite primitive. Often we find thetic radiation, but we can filter away the unknown damaging elements.

Chairman (Chris Bird): In his workshop, Dr. Dubrov showed me a picture of this very complicated device made in Orenburg by Kravchenko, and diagnostics of what used to be called the human  and which the Russians call the human bioelectronic field. He showed diagnosis of several layers of the aura by this device, and diagnostics of health and disease all being done by a machine constructed by a man far away in the mountains in the forests in Orenburg. I have heard these stories in the past, over fifteen vears. I am suggesting that all of us - Americans and British - put up £5 or £10 each, and bring Mr. Kravchenko and his machine over here to Bangor University, where there are some very interesting scientific folks, or maybe Oxford, who could be present.

2.1.   Things that will weaken the aura are
1. Not eating a well-balanced diet.
2. Lack of or no exercise in the daily routine above and beyond the daily regiment of activities.
3. Not enough rest and/or sleep.
4. Stress is a definite factor that can be alleviated through use of meditation, exercise, or leisure activities.
5. The use of drugs and/or alcohol. (This includes prescription medications.)
6. The use of tobacco or anything else in excess.
7. Not enough fresh air.
8. Participation in negative psychic activities that upset or stress the inner person.

To enhance your ability to see auras, you must remember these things
1. Everyone's aura is unique.
2. The aura of one person will interact with the energies of others, as well as those of other animals and plants.
3. When a person's aura changes, this is a sign of changes within that person's self. It can be physical,  emotional, mental, spiritual, or even psychological.
4. The longer a person is around another person, the more their auric fields will exchange energy.
Everyone has an aura, but do you know what color your aura is? First of all, the aura is the energy field surrounding your body. This energy field is made up of a variety of colors like red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet, turquoise, and pink. The intensity can vary. It displays the condition of your psychological and physical condition by way of your thoughts and emotions on a conscious and unconscious level.
We see colors through light rays, which determines the power and frequency of the color. Each part of our body is connected to these energy fields by way of our chakras. All of our body functions and organs are energized via our coordinating chakras. We take in this energy and light daily. The more balanced our chakra energy is, the more balanced our overall aura energy is.
Eastern philosophy believes that the body’s cells are energized and programmed by our thoughts, experiences, and emotions. They are held within our organs and glands. This is very similar to what Gregg Braden discusses in his conferences. How a cell in our body looks when we are filled with anger and rage. It is not defined with clarity of shape and beauty but takes on an ugly essence. When we are filled with love, joy, and harmony the cell takes on clearer and more defined shape. It becomes beautiful to look at. The same is true with a water droplet depending upon where it comes from. If it comes from a dirty body of water, it looks unshapely and not geometric.
Everything actual has an aura because everything is created from some sort of energy. I have always been able to see auras, but it started out with being able to see an aura around a plant, then animals, and then finally people. The vibrant colors came later. I could see the basic energy field, and the color was always yellowish or white. Eventually, I began to look for auras purposely especially on people. Sometimes, this gave me a pretty good idea of what their energy was like. Sometimes, I didn’t like what I was seeing, and it made me cautious of that person.
Everyone can learn to see auras. It just takes some practice. If you are interested in learning more about auras, I recommend reading the following book. Please refer to the book list for additional reading.

B.3. The Subtle Energy Bodies
As a rule, there are said to be four subtle energy bodies (layers of the aura), each having its own fundamental vibrational frequency.  The ethereal body, closest to the physical body, vibrates at the lowest frequency.  The astral or emotional body and the mental body operate at higher frequencies.  The spiritual body has the highest frequency of all.
It is said that the ethereal body is formed anew with each life reincarnation and dissolves within 3-5 days after physical death.  The astral, mental, and spiritual bodies continue to exist after death and reunite with the newly formed physical and ethereal bodies in every reincarnation.  This represents karma, the energies of one life affecting all subsequent lives.
3.1.    The Ethereal Body
The first layer of the aura is the ethereal body.  It resembles the physical body in shape and dimension and its energy exudes about 2 inches outward from the physical body.   The ethereal body shapes the physical body and the vital creative energies of life, as well as all physical sensations.
The ethereal body draws vital energies from the sun and from the earth via the solar plexus chakra and the root chakra,  feeding them to the physical body in continuous streams via the chakras and nadis.  These rays of energy envelop the physical body like a protective layer, preventing disease-causing germs and harmful materials from entering.
This natural protection means basically that a person cannot fall ill from external forces.  The cause of all sickness lies within.  Negativity, stress, unhealthy lifestyles all use up the ethereal life force, lessening its strength and intensity, allowing for "holes" and weakened areas.  These weak areas either allow foreign matter such as bacteria into the physical plane, or they allow vital energy to leak out, further weakening the system.
The ethereal body also acts as a mediator between the physical body and the higher energy bodies.  If the ethereal energies are distorted, so then are the energy pathways to and from the higher layers of the aura.
To repair and enhance the ethereal body, we must first support the physical body with proper nutrition, regular exercise, and adequate rest and relaxation.  We must then reconnect with the energies of Mother Earth.  Surround yourself with soil and green plants.  Accept the warmth of the sun for about 20 minutes every day.  Take regular excursions into wild areas and just listen and breath in the beauty and serenity.  Stay rooted in the earth while soaring through the universe.
3.2.    The Astral Body
Also known as the emotional body, the astral body is the carrier of our feelings, emotions, and character traits.  It is oval in shape and may exude outward for several yards in highly developed beings, and is barely discernible in undeveloped beings.
Every change in emotion is radiated out into the aura by the astral body, creating colorful waves of energy in constant motion.  Emotions such as fear, anger, depression, or worry cause dark cloudy areas in the astral body and these energies are passed unconsciously to the external world.  When one opens up the consciousness to love, devotion, and joy the astral body glows with brilliant transparent color.
The astral body shapes our view of the world more powerfully than any of the other subtle bodies.  It stores all our unresolved emotions, conscious and unconscious fears and aggressions, loneliness, rejection, and lack of self-confidence.  When these emotional vibrations are transmitted outwardly they attract like vibrations.  This is why we seem to always be confronted with the very people or situations that mirror our own troubles.
Conscious thought and the intellectual goals of the mental body have little influence on the astral body, which follows its own laws.  The mental body can direct external behavior but it cannot override subconscious patterns.  Thus a person can consciously strive for love and success, yet continue to radiate contradictory frequencies, preventing attainment of those goals.
If the astral body survives physical death and joins the new physical body in the next reincarnation, unresolved emotional problems from one life will to a large extent determine the conditions of the new life.  Once we understand these matters, we have no choice but to stop seeing ourselves as "victims" and start taking responsibility for our own weaknesses and misery.
Releasing trapped emotions from the astral body is not always an easy course but it is always enlightening.  We nourish and refresh the astral body by re-connecting with our inner self via the heart chakra, and with the higher self via the crown chakra.  Through counseling, meditation, hypnosis, energy work, etc., we can recognize the past emotions behind our behaviors and thus are allowed the freedom to recreate patterns of wisdom, love and bliss within our astral plane.
3.3.    The Mental Body
Our thoughts, ideas, rational and intuitive perceptions are all borne by the mental body.  It, too, is oval in shape with its depth and radiation relative to development.  In highly advanced persons it may extend many yards beyond the astral body.
The mental body operates on both higher and lower frequencies.  The lower frequencies are expressed in the linear thinking of the rational mind.  Many people seek truth from this linear mode with perceptions based at the physical level.  This is the current world scientific method.  But information received from the physical senses is transmitted to the mental body via the astral body, with all those emotions, where it easily becomes distorted and biased.
The higher function of the mental body is to absorb universal truths via the spiritual body and integrate them with the rational mind.  This in turn filters downward through the astral and physical bodies, creating patterns in harmony with universal law.
The higher frequencies of the mental body can be reached via a connection with the inner eye chakra and the crown chakra.  When energies are unblocked and nourished at these levels, our intuition and insight allow us to view truth from a holographic perspective instead of a linear one.
3.4.    The Spiritual Body
Often referred to as the causative body, the spiritual body has the highest frequencies of all the energy bodies.  In undeveloped persons it may only extend about a yard beyond the mental body and remain oval in shape.  In an truly enlightened master it may be felt for up to a mile away and at these higher levels becomes circular as it extends outward.
The spiritual plane radiates with gentle but purely brilliant colors.  In a master's presence one may experience a sense of fulfillment with abundance,  light and love.  As the spiritual aura streams outward into the universe, it streams also downward through the mental, astral, ethereal and physical bodies, enhancing and harmonizing their own frequency patterns.
Through the spiritual body we experience oneness with the Divine Source and inner connection with all that exists in Creation.  We recognize the source and goal of our being and the purpose of our lives.  In all our actions we express our higher selves, and in so doing share the knowing and the all-encompassing universal love.

B.4. Chakras
Humans are children of the cosmos. All our organs correspond to energies fluctuating in the cosmos. According ancient teachings subtle worlds of the cosmos create our individual bodies. Like the Universe, our energetic system consists of seven worlds, and has seven primary bodies (or auric layers) that interact with each other. These bodies consist of the energy of the corresponding universal worlds accordingly, deal with them, and receive the energetic information from them.
Besides the physical bodies, our individual energy system consist of ether, astral, mental, karmic, intuitive, nirvana, and absolute subtle energetic bodies, which form our aura - human energy field or bio-energy system. We call energetic bodies subtle because it is difficult to perceive them with our senses. Nevertheless, we can perceive them when specially trained and used bio-energy methods and techniques.
All subtle bodies in a human energy system communicate with each other, and with the physical body, through the energetic "transformers"- chakras. Chakras transform cosmic universal life-support energies into human energy systems. In Sanskrit, the chakra is a wheel of life. Indian tradition considers invisible chakras as centers of consciousness. All humans have chakras whether we aware of them or not. Chakras are, in fact, centers of different levels of consciousness, ranging from almost bodily to highly spiritual.
Healthy chakras spin all the time bringing energy to the physical body and all its energy layers. Chakras play a very important role in well-being and health. Chakras are an important part of bio-energy systems. The locations and functions of the major chakras are closely related to the endocrine system and autonomic nervous system. The chakras are located on the spinal column, the head, and one chakra is located in the heart plexus.
The first chakra is Muladhara (the root chakra). It is located in the coccyx. The color is red. This chakra represents the physical body and corresponds to it.
The second chakra is Svadhisthana (the sacral chakra), and it is located in the sacrum (lower abdomen). The color is orange. The chakra represents ether energetic body (energetic matrix of the physical body) and corresponds to it.
The third chakra, Manipura (the solar plexis chakra), is located on the fifth lumbar (abdomen) vertebra. The color is yellow. It relates to the astral body. It depends on emotional condition of the person and can change its form due to personal conditions.
The fourth chakra is Anahata (the heart chakra). It is located on the 5th thoracic vertebra (chest). The color is green. It relates to the mental body (mind, related to intellect).
The fifth chakra is Vishuddha (the throat chakra). It is located on the first thoracic vertebra, on the thyroid level (throat). The color is blue. It connects to the karmic body (ego).
The sixth chakra is Ajna (the third eye). It is located on the second cervical vertebra(the forehead). The color is dark blue. It is connected to the intuitive body ("superconsciousness", intuition). Ajna chakra is a center of physical energy.
The chakra of Nirvana is Central chakra. It is located on the heart plexus. The color is violet. This is the link between our physical body and Nirvana ("World of Love").
The seventh chakra is Sahasrara (the Crown Chakra). It is located on the top of the head. The color is white. It is linked to Absolute body (the conclusion of the development of all seven bodies of a cosmic organism). Sahasrara chakra is a center of psychic energy, and the only chakra that follows its subtle body Absolute in cosmic spheres after death. It is the center of psychic energy of the human organism. Through Sahasrara chakra, we connect to the "Divine Center".
Human bodies of energy are complex structures as compared to the physical body. The ether body lasts up to two inches over our physical body. During prenatal development, the solid body of a fetus is constructed according to the matrix of ether body, and it is its exact duplicate. During its life cycle, ether body performs a function of a constructor, which builds and restores the solid body. Healthy ether body differs by an accumulation of energy, which goes through the solid body and influences its organs positively.
Many researchers believe that the chakra of the physical plan - Muladhara - and Svadhisthana belongs to the ether body. Certainly they are similar to each other by their energetic functions as well. Muladhara plays a connecting role between the center of the physical energy (Ajna-chakra) and the center of the psychic energy. Muladhara-chakra absorbs important for physical body elecromagnetic fields of the Earth. Svadhisthana, which produces internal energy, feeds by prana or vital energy of the food matter, which it distributes to the organs of the physical body and other energetic centers along energy pathways. Interactions of Svadhisthana with other chakras determine the influence of food intake on energetic manifestations (Manipura-chakra), sexuality (Muladhara-chakra), and emotional spheres (Anahata-chakra).
The astral body possesses extraordinary mobility and, depending on emotional state, can accept different shapes and sizes. Movement in astral bodies in areas of activity of the gravitational field of the Moon is possible if done under supervision of experienced professional. The primary chakra of the astral body is Manipura-chakra. This center accumulates and distributes energies which are produced in other chakras. Through Manipura, energy and material of the astral world are united.
The mental body (mind, intellect) connects to our physical body by meridians (energy pathways). It is the strongest body among others. If intellect is high in its development, then the mental body is developed perfectly. We use the mental bodies in our actions, behaviors, and thoughts.
Karmic body is a ruler of our ego. All events, their reasons, and all of the unconscious traits of past lives that determine individual's being and destiny, are kept in the karmic body (karma). Karmic body rules all functions of a cosmic organism. It connects to the karmic world by the Vishuddha chakra.
Intuitive body contacts to the intuitive world by Ajna-chakra (the third eye), which can be a source of intuitive insight and superconsciousness (unconscious sphere of consciousness). Intuitive body develops more or less in all people. Many people have experienced moments when their intuition yelded the most intelligent decision at unexpected times. Besides controlling vision of the past, the intuitive body directs the future.
The chakra of Nirvana body -Central chakra- is a connection between a physical body and Nirvana body through the heart. A peak of our soul is a body of Nirvana, which acts as fusion of our ego and the Universe, and union of Truth and Love.
And the last body - Absolute body - is a consequence of the development of all bodies of a cosmic organism. If a human life is improved due to karma, so the Sahasrara-chakra regulates human behavior in according to changed expectations of life.

4.1.  Chakras' Performance
The human organism, its functioning, and the condition of its subtle bodies depends on the chakras' work, or spinning. When the chakras are spinning effectively, they bring balanced functioning to the organism, a free-flowing of energies, and harmony between consciousness and subconsciousness and between inner and outer worlds as well.
Chakras show patterns of electromagnetic activity. When all chakras work properly (spinning not too slow or too fast), a physical organism is in perfect health and powerful energetic shape. When the chakra is opened and functional, it can perform its work perfectly, process prana energy, bring energy to the physical organs and subtle bodies, and remove used stale or stagnant energy from the system.
When the chakra is closed or blocked, it stops spinning and becomes dysfunctional. Chakras may become closed when they are congested with stale or stagnant energy. One way they can close is during an instance of fight-or-flight response of the organism. This response is a natural way for the organism to become alert and prepared to any danger or unusual situation. However, if this stressful condition of the body is left uncontrolled and continues for a long time, the chakras may stay closed and dysfunctional. When the physical body stays in prolonged stress (distress) or depression, the chakras cannot spin and work properly; they become unbalanced, blocked with stale and stagnant energy and unbalanced.
Our thoughts and attitudes can block energy flowing through the chakras as well. Unexpressed emotions can cause the chakras to be overcharged, leading to their closing or blockage. Personality problems both cause and are caused by energy imbalances. Imbalances in the chakra system of the physical body reveal themselves through both negative personality and physical illness: dysfunctional chakras cause imbalances in the subtle energetic bodies, and imbalances in the subtle bodies then manifest in personal, psychological and emotional problems.
When chakras are closed, energy cannot be transformed and released to the physical body. If energy is not flowing freely through energetic systems, physical problems may develop in specific areas, and discomfort or illness can occur in the organism. When a chakra is blocked, it needs healing by uncovering and removing whatever is blocking it. The clearing of congested energy from the human energy system becomes a necessary prophylactic way for keeping the organism healthy.
Because the chakras work together as a system, a block in the functioning of one chakra may affect the activity of another. These chakras are especially inter-related: (a) the root chakra and the third eye tie, (b) the sacral chakra and throat chakra, and (c) the solar plexus chakra and heart chakra. If one chakra is not functioning, it must be cleansed, balanced, normalized, and healed together with the associate chakra accordingly.
Chakras are interrelated not only with parasympathetic and sympathetic autonomous nervous systems, but endocrine systems as well. Chakras transform vital energy to the endocrine glands. The root chakra (Muladhara) correlates to the testicles, the sacral chakra (Svadhisthana) - the ovaries, the solar plexus chakra (Manipura) - the adrenals and pancreas, the heart chakra (Anahata) - the thymus, the throat chakra (Vishuddha) - the thyroid and parathyroid, the third eye chakra (Ajna) - the pineal gland, and the crown chakra (Sahasrara) - the pituitary (master) gland. Chakras feed the life-force into our endocrine systems, which regulates our hormonal balance.
During our many years as healers, we have observed that healthy chakras spin in a clockwise direction and in the same way in both sexes, whereas closed, unbalanced chakras spin in a counterclockwise direction, stay still, spin in eclipses or move unevenly. The energy balance of the bio-energy system, which is very important to our general well-being and health, can be achieved by energy that is in a constant smooth flow, refreshed and vitalized, aided by constantly spinning chakras.

B.5.    PANCHAKOSHAS

The first outward sheath of the subtle body forms is the etheric body. It is called "Annamaya-kosa". At this level shaman, healers, and other medicine persons work with earth (Muladhare [base] Chakra), water (Svadhisthana [genital] Chakra), and fire (Manipura [solar plexus] Chakra).

The second, emotional body, is the Pranamaya-kosa. It is the sheath of circulatory vital air and bears the universal life-force Prana. Air and ether elements are most represented here. As in the Anahata [heart] Chakra and Visuddha [throat] Chakra.

The third level is the psychic body. It is the Manomaya-kosa and work most with cognitive processes. Both the emotional and the mental sheaths support the Ajna [3rd eye] chakra. It is the location of the psyche. The chakra centers function primarily at this level and extend through the other layers and the physical body. Our ego personality is located here. Our aura and auric colors are visible at this layer and this layer can extend many feet in enlightened individuals. This is the area where psychics, mystics, and most of us view the auras.

The fourth, mental level, is the Vijnanamaya-kosa or mind and intelligence sheath  and work most with discriminatory processes thought the Ajna [3rd eye] center. It is through the third eye or our cosmic consciousness opens. Through the third and fourth sheaths we awaken inner vision - a knowing of things as they really are.

The fifth, causal level, is the Anandamaya, the most subtle of all levels. It is here we have the capacity for the bliss consciousness. This center is most closely associated with the Sahasrara [crown] Chakra. The causal body level of the subtle levels is the quintessential consciousness.

The chakras, are integral to our awakening to our full potential of manifest form supporting cosmic energies. These centers are most often represented ad vortices of energy and/or lotuses. With self realization, these centers open and are activated.  Similarly, the yogas are additional terms one should be aware if persons are interested in expanded awareness

B.6. Water - food : Energised Water
Highly energized waters said to help defend the body against disease.  Very fresh fruit and vegetable juices also provide the body with water clusters that have high energy level. This is why I say that we need to take fruit and vegetable, and an equivalent of Vitamin is not enough for the health. Water is paramount on Earth, if not in the universe. We live on a water planet, and our bodies are mostly water. The water molecule has an angle of 105 degrees, which is in the golden mean proportion.

In the human body there are two basic types of water (biowater): Bound water and Clustered Water. Clustered Water is able to move freely through the cell walls and is necessary to transport nutrients, remove waste, and maintain proper communication between the cells. Bound water, on the other hand, is water that becomes physically bound to other molecular structures and is unable to move freely through the cell walls.

When we are young, our bodies contain a high level of Clustered Water and very little bound water. However, as we age, bound water becomes more predominant and clustered water levels decrease hindering the effectiveness of literally thousands of metabolic functions and causing significant structural changes in our body’s tissues. No cells in any body are older than seven years, and then what is the meaning getting older? It means that your cells, “the building blocks” of brain, organs, muscle, and every part of your body are getting dried out and clogged up with toxins and waste debris on a cellular level, because they are not getting enough pure water. The Clustered water has a star like shape and the pure water is star shaped.

Dr. Albert Szont-Gyorgyi, who won a Nobel Prize for his discovery of vitamin C, spent most of his scientific career studying water, He declared, "Since the molecular structure of water is the essence of all life, the man who can control that structure in cellular systems will change the world."

The environment in which we live is filled with pollutants, from car exhaust to food preservatives. There are always diseased cells being created in the body. In healthy people, these cells are kept under control by the body's immune system.

While the scientific understanding of the different structures and characteristics of water has been around for some time, the technology for producing clustered waters has been a more recent development. Part of the recent development has been the ability to create small, highly energized clusters that can be stored and shipped without deterioration.

Liquid water is also not so simple. Water found in a river or lake in nature has its outer electrons complete. This is the key to healthy water, or at least one of the keys; how many electrons the water has or doesn't have.

At the University of Georgia they found that in every human body all diseased cells (no matter what the disease) were surrounded by what is called "unstructured" water. And they also found that every healthy cell was surrounded by "structured" water. What does this mean? It is simple, at least as far as chemistry is concerned.

"Unstructured" water simply is missing one electron from its outer orbit, and "structured" water has no missing electrons. Water, when it moves through pressurized pipes, is forced to move in concentric rings instead of its natural movement, which is in spirals. When water moves through pipes it forces the outer electrons to be removed, creating "unstructured" water. This means that all water that we drink or bath in that comes from pressurized pipes is associated with disease. And when we bath in water we absorb through our skin in twenty minutes, 16 ounces of the water that we are sitting in. It is the same as if we drank the water. Perhaps mankind has made a mistake much like the Romans did with their use of lead plates and utensils.

So this is the first indication of a difference between "structured" and "unstructured" water.

When this was discovered, many people began to search for a way to structure "unstructured" water. Hence the magnets, strange shaped glass vessels, metal nozzles, etc. that have appeared around the world that structures water. Our research showed that water that was structured in artificial ways did not always look like naturally structured water when analyzed energetically. For example, magnets structure water almost instantly, but the water is not safe to drink according to the University of Georgia.

Then about fifteen years ago brand new water was discovered. I believe it was Japan who discovered it. It is called "Clustered Water". Frozen clustered water magnified 20,000 times looks like tiny snowflakes under the microscope. Clustered water is found in all babies, human and otherwise, when they are born. It is also found in all organically grown fruits and vegetables. At some point as we grow older the clustered water in our bodies becomes bound to proteins. So we must ingest some clustered water everyday to maintain proper cell hydration and function.

This "Clustered Water" can only be obtained in the United States in two ways that I am aware of. Dr. Patrick Flanagan has made clustered water that perhaps is good, but I have never tried it. He calls it micro-clustered water. And then there is Dr. Lee Lorenzen who also makes Clustered Water(TM). Both are only sold through multi-level marketing. I have tried Dr. Lorenzen's water and it seems to be very good for me. I have been drinking it for the past three months. I can definitely feel the difference in my energy level. This is the water that I have suggested that people try. It is vastly different than ordinary "structured" water. If you are interested, you should study about it and see if it is for you. Please understand I am not here to sell water, but to study it. However, there is no way you can get this water in a store, and so to help you I have given you a name. If you have a friend that is selling the Clustered Water(TM) then use them. I feel you need to give the Clustered Water(TM) about two to three months to make a judgment.

It is important to know that the Clustered Water(TM) concentrate will have a shelf life of two years if kept at 70 degrees. If the concentrate reaches a temperature of up to 115 degrees it can be frozen for 45 minutes to restore clusters and then kept in the refrigerator. If the water goes over 115 degrees the clusters are compromised.

Also, in the last 15 years or so, another new water has been found called "ionized" water. It has one extra electron. This water is amazing for its ability to clean the environment and other specialized areas. Chile has an invention that will ionize the water and make it stable with environmental results that are very promising. And I believe that the Japanese and the Americans and probably other nations do too.

Now, however, there is another new water available to the world that could change the world, as we now know it and very possibly save us from some incredible environmental disaster in the future. This water is called "Super Ionized Water" (SIW). SIW has three extra electrons in the water molecule's outer orbits, and it is also stable. If you analyze the SIW water you will find nothing but water. But if you take an ordinary lamp and simply put the plug into a glass of SIW it will light up the lamp brighter than if you plugged it into a wall. Obviously, it is not ordinary water. It is water filled with electricity.

Conventional Sources of Clustered Water

Amniotic Fluid:      the water you were born with in your body
Healing Spring:     the spring of Lourdes in France, Japan, about 13 worldwide
Clustered Water:    solutions scientifically created and patented

Unconventional Energised Water – Indian Way

The ‘THEERTHAM’ one gets from the temple is the energised water.  The tradition of keeping the water in the metal vessel during the puja, and supplying them to the gathered devotees need to be analysed scientifically. The tradition of keeping the water in hand chanting mantras is in the practice in Indian tradition.  The manthras makes the water energised and the water would definitely have the star-near shape in its molecule.

C- HEALING
Whether we try to answer this question from our Vedic knowledge or from our latest development in the field of medical science, the answer is one and the same. Life is essential energy force. Gita shloka says alive is one who has life and life less is termed as dead." Aids is nothing but inability of our immure system to withstand the onslaught of diseases. So it's the presence or the absence of energy which defines the life. Different level and direction of energy force decide and form the various conditions of life viz. healthy, ailing or diseased body.

More and more ancient healing-techniques will used additionaly to help and assist people in different situations where the health, or the inner balance is injuried. The main view and perception of such techniques or methods is that the Self or Soul needs to be healed and balanced first, then the Body will be well too.

Various approaches are known, or dis-covered and remembranced, which express different views about Soul-Body Relation, ie. the vedic view express the chakras as energy points and other methods use the power of breath (pranayama).

All diseases are the result of inhibited soul life. This is true of all forms in all kingdoms.

A list of different approaches, but somehow they all look at the same thing by another point of view, and mainly have one common: they perceive the body as a cloth of soul, and every imbalance, sickness or malfunction of the body has a connection to the soul, the spirit. Some approaches more focus on the spirit, some more on physical assistance:

Astral Entities and Personified Energies:
It may help often to search for another approach to perceive a healing issue, this can be the point of view of astral-influences. We have all heard of the law of like attracts like, but what it doesn't tell you is that it is what you are, not what you think you are necessarily. 'You' is defined here by what you as a spirit are. Sometimes we find spirits attaching themselves to our auras for like reasons that don't seem like anything that is 'us'.

They can be removed, but if one doesn't heal and intergrate that part of themselves another will only come to take their place for that like reason. Spirits attaching to one's aura can actually be good in this way, as they become bell-ringers to greater aspects of our multi-dimensional Self that are needing healing and intergration.

We don't need extra burden in our lives when we are doing this, and having a non-claimed space can make us susceptible to that kind of burden.

Energy Healing
The healing has a non-medical cannotation as the healing practices are being handled by non-medical practissioners.  The basic concept of relation between the physical and the mental health will be generally appreciated by all the medical practissioers, they hardly pay attention to the holistic healing.  The curiculum does not include the life force energy concept, but there is an inclination of attention in recent past towards the Yoga and Meditation. The healing methods are based on the energy concept.  Most of the healing practices helps to transform and amplifies various energies into biological energies that rebalance and re-energize our biological system on the cellular level, as well as on our emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.

C2 - SURYA

Surya, the sun is a sousce of pure energy, power and radiance, sustainer of life, and prosperity. His mantra destroyes poverty and especially popular to cure any kind of diseases and fill the body with vital power of the sun. Chant Syria mantra when you don't feel well or getting sick - the rays of the inner sun will destoy the demons of illness. Chant this mantra to help someone cure faster or to empower your healing abilities.

AUM BHAASKARAYE VIDMAHE
DIVAKARARAYE DHIMAHI
TANNO SURYAH PRACHODAYAT

Aryans, just like Slavs, worshipped Sun, or Surya as it called in India. This term is from "svar", which means a bright lustre and also means sound. Surya is the form of Sun who is very bright and always perceived by Sages and poets. He also rules over sounds. He is worshipped in the Eastern direction ruled by Sun.
Swastika is a symbol if the sun in Hundu tradition and cross is the symbol if the sun in Slavic tradition.Hindus draw the swastika in Vermillion on business documents and bridal clothes for luck. They paint it on the walls and thresholds of homes to energise the environment. Naturally linked with the glitter of gold, the swastika is worn as a locket hung on a gold chain - a talisman to ward off darkness, despair and danger. The word swastika means 'all-well'. Its short form swasti is commonly used in all sacraments and ceremonial chants. The shape of this symbol was created to point out the four cardinal directions in which fire sticks were placed to begin Vedic sacrificial fires. An ancient symbol, it was found in civilizations such as the Greek, Egyptian and Chinese. Used in snake worship, it is supposedly seen on the hoods of cobras. The auspicious Swastika is always dedicated to the springtime sun.
In the Vedas, the sun is represented as a handsome, golden youth who rides the chariot of light, drawn by seven horses - one for each day of the week. , a common Hindu symbol of munificence, belongs to the sun, a true karmayogi who gives abundantly, without asking for anything in return. There are only two ancient sun temples in India, both of which are archaeological treasures. They do not however, have idols, which were destroyed by conquering vandals long years ago.
The Sun (Surya) One of the chief deities of the Vedas. The physical Sun is the celestial form of fire (Agni). It is the source of Light, of Warmth, of Life and of Knowledge. Solar energy is the source of all life. The sun is the center of Creation, at the center of the universe……. From which are believed to emanate the sixteen rays of knowledge. The sixteen rays of knowledge being
Kripa (mercy), Mruduta (gentleness), Dhairya (patience), Vairagya (dispassion), Dhurti (constancy), Sampat (spiritual prosperity), Hasya (cheerfulness), Romancha (rapture or thrill), Vinaya (humility), Dhyana (meditativeness), Susthirata (quietude), Udyama (effort), Gaambhirya (gravity of demeanour), Aksobha (being undisturbed by emotion), Udararta (magnanimity) and  Ekagrata (concentration).
For centuries, "Surya" (Sun) has been worshipped as a major deity in India. The sun,  acknowledged as the source of energy, vitality and life, controls the course of our life.   Our concepts of life, time and death, good and evil, happiness and misery stem from  this primeval source of divine effulgence. . Surya riding a chariot driven by seven   horses is a familiar image in Indian art and sculpture.

Lord Rama was, by sage Agastaya, the Adityahridayam, a prayer addressed to the sun god. Ramayana says that when Rama stood exhausted in the battle with Ravana, sage Agastya, who is Surya’s son, recited Aditya Hridayam to Rama, and that Rama recited it thrice, became rejuvenated and proceeded to vanquish Ravana.

C3 -  AGNIHOTRA  (The Sacred Fire Ceremony)
Agni (fire) is the deity that represents all the other deities. Agni is said to be the mouth of the gods. Agni is known as the messenger of the gods. Whatever man has to say to the gods, to the higher powers, he conveys it through Agni. All the gods are fed through Agni. Agni is the link with the Supreme Lord of all the worlds. Agnihotra or Havan is a primary and fundamental rite during the performance of which oblations to the Supreme are offered in the consecrated fire.

The rite is usually performed in the external fire in which the Supreme is invoked. In the Bhagavad Gita, Ch.7, Verse 9, the Lord says: "I am the brilliance in the fire."
"The deities are said to have Agni for their mouth" – The Mahabharata, Santi Parva  Section CCCXLII
"Agni is Vishnu. Entering all creatures, he upholds their life-breaths." -  The Mahabharata, Santi Parva, Sec. CCCXLIII.
Yajnas link human beings with the hidden cosmic forces called DEVAS.
"The great elements starting from Space to Earth are grosser than the former ones. Of these five SPACE and AIR are formless and cannot be comprehended by eyes. The WATER and EARTH are grosser in that order and have form and shape. The element FIRE is formless when unmanifest and attains form while manifested. It is therefore a bridge (link) between the manifest world and the unmanifest world. Therefore fire is the conveyor of all the offerings to the formless manifestation of Pitris and gods and other deities. It is fire who accepts the offerings of forms from the world of mortals and conveys it to the world." - Swami Anubhavananda, Mumbai.
"By pouring libations on the sacred fire, sin is burnt"
- The Mahabharata, Santi Parva, Section CXCI
I am the kratu (a kind of Vedic sacrifice), I am Yajna, I am the offering (food) to the manes; I am the medicinal herb and all the plants; I am the mantra; I am also the ghee or the melted butter; I am the fire; I am the oblation.
-The Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 9, Verse 16
It is unto Krishna (the Supreme Lord) that the sacrificial priests pour their libations. It is unto Him that people dedicate diverse kinds of food. He is the soul of the deities and human beings, and Pitris. It is He who is the Sacrifice performed by those persons that are conversant with the rituals of sacrifices.
-
The Mahabharata, Anusasana Parva, Section CLVIII
The sacred fire waits for libations to be pourd  upon it when the hour for Homa  arrives. - The Mahabharata, Anusasana Parva, Section CLXII
Five great daily sacrifices
Explanations by Swami Sivananda, Divine Life Society, Rishikesh
There are five great daily sacrifices that are to be performed by every householder. They are:
1.    Brahma Yajna or Veda Yajna. Sacrifice to Brahman or the Vedas or the sages. (Teaching and studying scriptures is Brahma Yajna)
2.    Deva Yajna.  Sacrifice to the celestials. (Homa or oblations into the sacred fire is Deva Yajna)
3.    Pitri Yajna. Sacrifice to the manes. (Tarpan or offering of water to the ancestors, and Sraddha, form Pitri Yajna)
4.    Bhuta Yajna. Sacrifice to all the creatures. (Offering of food to all creatures is Bhuta Yajna)
5.    Manushya Yajna.  Sacrifice to man. (Hospitality to guests is Manushya Yajna or Atithi Yajna)
Field Of Energy Around Havan Kund
Agnihotra is generally known as the havan or yagna (yajna)
ceremony or the sacred fire ceremony. Some researchers in Baltimore, Maryland. USA have published literature from which the following points are taken.
Agnihotra is a gift to humanity from the ancient Vedic traditions to the present age.
A tremendous field of energy is created around the havan kund (the pyramid shaped metal container). A magnetic type field is created which neutralises negative energy or vibrations and reinforces positive energy or vibrations. This extends to the persons who perform the agnihotra ceremony. The positive influence penetrates the physical, mental, intellectual and spiritual planes. Subtle energies are created by the rhythmical chanting of the Vedic mantras during the havan ceremony which spread the purifying as well as healing energies far and wide beyond the horizons.
Plants placed in a room where vibrations of agnihotra ceremony are maintained, such plants receive nutrition from agnihotra atmosphere and seem to be happy and grow well. They seem to thrive better than those plants not under the agnihotra sphere of influence. Just as agnihotra gives nourishment to plants, it provides the same for human life and also for animal life.
Many people on all continents belonging to different races,
languages, religions and spiritual groups who practice
agnihotra have observed that simply by performing daily homa (i.e. agnihotra at sunrise/sunset) they feel as if a protective film surrounds them.
The ashes from the agnihotra fire are charged with special
potencies. Sprinkling of the ashes on the perimeter of your
property affords protective influences.
The agnihotra ash is the basic substance used for the preparation of all agnihotra medicines, for external as well as for internal use.
Agnihotra medical preparations include agnihotra powder,
capsules, ointment, cream, eyedrops, suppositories and inhalation.
Healing Ash, Pyramids and Cow Manure
Everyone talks about healing the planet, but few offer viable solutions and, while programs such as recycling may slow the damage, they make no claims to actually restore the planet.
Agnihotra is an alternative which will not only heal the atmosphere, but also reset the planet's energies and its abilities to heal itself--with a simple, inexpensive method usable in any home.

Agnihotra's practitioners work to restore the earth's energies through fire, tuned to the circadian rhythm of sunrise and sunset.

Agnihotra employs a copper, pyramid-shaped pot. Pieces of dried cow manure are added to sticks of sandelwood and then dabbed with ghee (unsalted table butter, heated and strained through a cheese cloth or paper towel, when properly prepared, ghee doesn't spoil over time and requires no refrigeration). Natural brown rice mixed with ghee--just the amount you can grasp with the fingers of one hand--are placed in the flames center precisely at the moment the sun is said to rise and set. Ancient vibrational tones in the form of a short mantra are uttered when adding the rice.

Fragrant, healing substances are released into the air and the dancing flames provide a relaxed atmosphere--perfect for meditation. Agnihotra atmosphere also aids plant growth.

The use of Agnihotra ash is unlimited. It detoxifies anything, anywhere. Placed directly on wounds, it stops bleeding and itching. In the garden, ash enhances plant growth--and plant leaves dusted with ash discourage aphids. Mixed with honey or sprinkled in food or drink, Agnihotra ash taken internally purifies your system.

All human cultures use charcoal as a purifier because harmful bacteria cannot grow in ash. African folk medicine rubs cow-dung ashes on eyes to cure infection. Following the Union Carbide leak in Bhopal, India, Agnihotra ashes, when used, eradicated the devastating effects. In the modern world, charcoal is used to purify drinking water and fish tanks, it is in cigarette filters, and hospitals pump charcoal through the stomachs of those who overdose on drugs. Agnihotra ash is structurally similar to charcoal, but its healing properties are enhanced due to the subtle energy interplay stemming from the combined effects of the substances burned, the energies associated with the copper pyramid, the vibrations of the mantra, and the attunement to the powerful sunrise/sunset biorhythm.

Agnihotra ( Havan)
Agnihotra is the smallest form of Yagna. It is the basic form of purification of the atmosphere. By inducing change in the atmosphere you bring about changes in PRANA (Life Energy). PRANA and the mind are like two sides of the same coin and hence, the beneficial change is transposed to the realm of the mind. For Agnihotra, A copper pyramid of prescribed size is recommended.

There are specific varieties of trees prescribed for firewood to prepare the fire for the specific purpose If they are not available you may use any firewood. However, firewood from trees with thorns or from trees bearing bitter fruit should be avoided. Ghee prepared from cow's butter is another item required. It is a must. Take pure butter, unsalted, unadulterated butter from cow's milk) and heat it on low heat, bringing it to a slow boil. Remove the white substance that rises to the top and discard it. Pass the liquid through several layers of cheese cloth or a paper towel. What passes through is ghee. Store it in a container. It could be stored without refrigeration. Apply a little ghee to firewood sticks and arrange the sticks in the pot in a log circulate. Take a few pieces of dry cow dung and keep one small flat piece at the bottom touching the pyramid cabin fashion to allow air to enter and put the rest on top of the fire sticks in the pot. How to prepare dry cow dung? By using a rubber hand dash cow dung and let them dry in the sun. If weather does
not permit, then dry the pieces in the house under an electric sun lamp. Store the dry dung cakes for daily use. Put a little ghee on cow dung pieces before lighting fire. Sunrise and sunset are the timings for Agnihotra.

You can find timings from an almanac which should be adjusted to local time. About two minutes before sunrise or sunset, light the fire. The fire should be ablaze at sunrise or sunset time. Utter the first Mantra and add the first portion of rice into fire. Then utter the second  Mantra and add the second portion of rice into fire. Raw rice, preferably brown rice, should be used for Agnihotra. The quantity of rice that you can hold in the tips of your fingers constitutes one portion. Keep enough rice ready for two portions. Apply ghee to the body of rice and put portions on fire after Mantras. Try to spare as many minutes as you can for meditation after each Agnihotra.

Keep one corner of your room aside for Agnihotra. If you have plants growing in the room you will soon notice that Agnihotra gives nourishment to plant life. Agnihotra ashes should be kept aside for use as fertilizer for plants. With Agnihotra atmosphere and Agnihotra ash, you can grow large crops in a small area. The taste, texture, color and quantity improve by this method of gardening. Agnihotra is the smallest though basic form of HOME. Agnihotra removes the tension from the mind. It unburdens the mind. You will soon notice that anger and greed become less and you feel free. This brings about happiness.

You will soon notice that you are moving in a happy atmosphere if you practice getting rid of your Medicines are prepared from emotional cycles, which leads you to tranquility and peace. Agnihotra ash. Agnihotra is the basis for holistic healing. Vedas describe Agnihotra as a process of fumigation also. Practice of Agnihotra nullifies the effect of pathogenic bacteria. Agnihotra, if practiced regularly, yields great HEALING POWER to the atmosphere as well as to the individual. Thus, Agnihotra has three disciplines:
a. Burning of specific organic substances into fire;
b. Mantra;
c. Specific timings corresponding to one circadian  rhythm of nature, i.e. sunrise, sunset. If you miss the timing, then it is not Agnihotra. Vibratory effects of certain metals such as copper and gold are known to the scientist. When specific substances are burnt in a pyramid made of copper with Mantra and the timings, for example, specific effect is guaranteed to occur. The layer of useful atmosphere surrounding the earth is very thin. Automobile pollution, pollution due to factory exhausts, water pollution, noise pollution, the disturbance caused to marine biology due to the disposal of nuclear waste in the oceans, the effect of radiations on human physiology, indiscriminate cutting of forests for raw materials, indiscriminate probing into the bowels of earth for raw materials to feed the industrial complex, indiscriminate use of pesticides, insecticides, chemical fertilizers, deodorants, room freshener, all these adversely affect the atmosphere. This leads to tension on the mind and increase in the incidence of disease, nervousness and psychiatry. All this must go if we wish to be happy.

The Fivefold Path of the Vedas is a manual for happy living. The first aspect of the Fivefold path is Agnihotra for purification of the mind. You may belong to any formal religion, you may be an atheist or agnostic you will benefit from Agnihotra of the Fivefold Path. The Fivefold Path sets up life patterns based on the bio-psychological techniques given through Vedic knowledge. You need not carry the hypothesis of God to practice the Fivefold Path. You start the practice and knowledge will be unfolded to you from within. Believe only what you experience. This is the approach of the true scientist. PLEAS NOTE THIS THERE IS NO HAVAN (HOME THERAPY WHICH CAN CURE ANY DISEASE, IT CAN HELP TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH ,BUT CAN NOT CURE)

C-4 SPIRITUAL ILLNESS
We come back to the quote from Esoteric Healing by Alice Bailey, "All disease is a result of inhibited soul life." A book called the The Sai Prophesy by Barbara Gardner explains how conflicts and soul purpose extend over multiple lifetimes and are not confined simply to this lifetime. It is important to look at the bigger picture when viewing from the soul's perspective. Frequent conflicts with our soul's purpose can occur. Conflicts with past life relationships that can continue until you' correct the relationship and life style choices. These include other conflicts between what the soul[ would have the personality do and what the personality actually brings forth, exist. The spiritual energy that comes through the physical can be felt when a sense of peace envelops one, even during adversity or danger. When you start to experience the synchronicity and miracles in your life frequently, you know you are on the right course. As long as the personality is conflicted with the soul's direction, there will be strife, conflict, and depression in the emotional plane. At a certain point in one's spiritual development the spiritual energy begins to come through the personality and disintegrate the negative patterns in the personality. People report that they feel like there are coming apart when this divine transformation begins.

There is a lot of pure energy that is coming through that has not been experienced before. They describe spinning sensations inside the body and they feel like they are being pulled out of their body, often through, their crown located at the top of the head. Of course, no MRI or lab test will diagnose this condition. This is called spiritual awakening and is accompanied by shifts in consciousness. The eastern tradition calls this Kundalini rising and the western tradition refers to it as the Holy Spirit. We find that after a period of releasing physically, emotionally, and mentally, what is being released is mostly fear. One arrives at a peaceful place where one is more detached, and the emotions and desires no longer role. One begins to take on the role of the observer. This spiritual energy can be associated with strange neurological symptoms which includes jerking, headaches, dizziness, areas of numbness that are not related to nerve distributions, palpitations, and shortness of breath. Rather than any particular pill that might be prescribed by western doctors, we would recommend instead meditation, contemplation, walking in nature, and digging in the earth to ground oneself of these high spiritual energies
Disciplines such as Yoga, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong are successful in balancing the body's energy. One is usually lead to a vegetarian diet and taken to sacred spaces for balancing and initiations. Vibrational medicine such as flower essences, gem elixirs, and crystals may be very helpful at this time. Other vibrational therapies such as essential oils, chakra balancing, color and sound therapy, spiritual healing, and toning could also be helpful. One starts to listen to specific music that balances the energy. It is important to work with a group, for this is a time for group initiation, not individual initiation. Group meditation and group input is very supportive while developing spiritual sight and hearing. If you try this alone, you have a danger of going off course. You need input from experienced teachers who have taken this same route. You do not necessarily want to seek a Guru, but teachers.
It is important to seek the God or the "I am" within you and find this place of inner unconditional love. You cannot give away what you don't have within you. When you realize that you will not find what you think you need outside of yourself and start looking within, all will manifest. The most important lesson is our mission to serve on Earth and to fulfill our purpose. In serving, we connect our physical self with our God self, which in turn allows us to be God's manifestation on Earth and help uplift the planet including humanity.

The Reality and The Truth of Spirit
In plain language, There is only One God or Universal Energy that Is Everything. There is only One Consciousness. We are only one individuated expression of The One. All the dogma, theology and religious beliefs anyone chooses to pile on this truth is commonly referred to as bull. It is the lack of true knowledge and the application of these distortions which have been the source of all the problems. Spirit is alive, it is something that is lived and experienced, the surest way to destroy or supress it is to organize it and institutionalize it.

A very special understanding has come about out of all the Trinity Project research, a brief outline as follows: Everything we think or feel affects us and others. Realize every feeling such as anger, fear, hate etc., are mind generated emotions and should be modified or eliminated, one of our hardest to let go is that of Judgement and is an imperative. Anyone can accomplish an extremely beneficial start by concentrating only on the Spiritual aspects, the emotions of Love, Compassion and purity of Intent and Purpose. In every situation where "I" and "ME" become the central  thought and focus, begin realizing this as the mind driven Ego blocking the True Spirit of yourself and everything in the universe. No matter what you think about anything, how does it feel in your Heart, if it is not coming from Love let it go.

In this modern material world filled with cynicism and   disbelief, Begin To Know This Universe Is Full Of Real  Mystery And Magic beyond your wildest imagination. All that is required to access these aspects is to do all things with compassion, good intent and with unconditional Love. These few steps sound very simplistic and trite yet contained within in their simplicity lie the keys to unlocking the universe and to discovering the Real Reality.

The Big Secret
If there is but one bit of knowledge derived from these writings cherish this crucial information. There are only two types of individuals in this world, the ones who want to stay and those who want to leave. The ones who are determined to leave have already set the process in stone and cannot be interfered with. The ones who want to stay and are having problems can affect dramatic changes by addressing the body, mind and spiritual energy patterns and consciousness.

The bottom line for many concerning their Health and Well being in their present existence is much affected by two factions, Doctors and Ministers. Doctors are trained as mechanics who work on the physical mechanism. They are in the Business of Treatment, they are Not Trained in the "Art of Healing". Most do not even understand the most rudimentary concepts of Healing. Most do not realize how they can produce damage and even induce death sentences on their patients.

There is little difference in the effects produced by an intentional damaging curse or a prayer prayed improperly, bad advice or simply some random negative thought. Ministers are trained in traditional theosophical dogmatic perceptions specific to the cultural religious views they ascribe to. Many generally have little concept about True Spirituality or how the universe really operates. As a consequence they convey misinformation, half truths, superstitions and fears along with a multitude of associated damaging information into a person's consciousness.

Considering what the public is receiving from so many sources, Bad Information is Bad Information and Incorrect Information is still Incorrect Information, no matter how well intentioned.

Spiritual Healing
All living material emanates energizing radiations. These rays are a powerful force and therefore it is understandable that the force fields from certain people can have a healthful effect on others. Such healing rays are similar to the manufactured x-rays or ultra-violet rays, long used in medical cures. Some individuals have such strong energizing force fields that they can actually cure others without any physical contact. Plants and animals, as well as humans, can exchange healing rays that influence health and growth. Spiritual healing can also be accomplished at a distance whereby people have sent cures to others through the thought process alone.

The Healing that is referred to is in keeping with all known traditional practices and what is beginning to be understood scientifically about the Healing process and what is referred to as Energy Healing or Spiritual Healing. Spiritual Healing Has always existed amid religious beliefs and practices, along with the mystery, superstition, fear, and misunderstanding. By many it has also been looked upon as something as an oddity or a complete fantasy. It has only been a very short time since the idea of giant iron birds carrying hundreds of us through the heavens was considered sheer lunacy. Spiritual or Energy Healing is now becoming a very real reality irregardless of what anyone chooses to believe or think.

By definition the word "HEAL" means,
1.          To restore to health or soundness,
2.          To set right, repair,
3.          To restore a person to spiritual wholeness,
4.          To become whole and sound, to return to health.

Much confusion arises out of the association of healing with religion and and the spiritual. Many people do not understand the difference. By definition "SPIRIT" means, the vital principle or animating force within living beings, Incorporeal consciousness. There about twelve more elaborations mostly to do with various religious implications.

By definition "RELIGION" means,
1.          Belief in and reverence for a supernatural power or powers regarded as creator and governor of the universe,
2.          A set of beliefs, values and practices based on the teachings of a spiritual leader.

Based on these common interpretations of how things 'ARE', many paradoxes are created. The resultant effect is confusion and un-wellness. The Truth as we are beginning to understand it is this: Every Thing in the universe is Energy and Consciousness. How anyone feels about that Fact cannot change it. The purpose of All religions is the recognition that humans have a part of themselves that is not physical and there is a need to explore and experience this aspect of themselves. Part of the intent is to discover ones purpose and to live in the best way possible, part of that goal also includes the attainment of Truth and Spiritual Wellness. However, the result in regard to our Spiritual health most have been an abysmal failure.

If the most important aspect of our being is our Spiritual self, it is a miracle we even exist. Currently, many churches are in a state of extreme confusion in an attempt to enter the next millennium considering their struggle to incorporate all the now known knowledge and incorporate it into their dogma and theology. The problem is the impossibility of reconciling the obvious flaws in most theology and doctrine. The obvious shortcomings and how political and nationalistic and other special interests and agendas have resulted in a history filled with disappointment and tragedy.

The most beautiful and simple interpretation of how everything 'IS' can be found in the Native American tradition. "Everything in the universe is Spirit, each thing in it is of the same Spirit and it is all Connected." This is exactly what we are beginning to understand in science and quantum physics, that everything in the universe is made of the same thing and has a consciousness about it. The two things that are driving the scientists mad is the fact that all these things operate across time, space and dimensions they do not yet understand, and the ability of things to operate on interdimensional and multidimensional levels.

In discussions with traditionally trained physicists and scientists involved in aerospace research who have become involved in the spiritual aspect, they have a more concise and accurate understanding of Spirit and the Spiritual than those from a theological background.

Healing By Worshipping God

God created you, your brother, sister, father, mother, friend and your relatives. He created the sun, moon and the stars. He created the animals and the birds. He created the mountains, rivers and trees. He created the whole world. He dwells in your heart. He is everywhere. He is all-pervading. He is all-knowing. He is all-powerful. He is all-merciful. He is all-loving. He is all-blissful. Your body is the moving temple of God. Keep the body pure,  strong and healthy.

God is Love. God is Truth. God is Peace. God is Bliss. God is Light. God is Power. God is Knowledge. Realise Him and be free.  Do Kirtan daily morning and night. Pray daily. Offer flowers to Him. Prostrate before Him. Offer sweetmeats to Him and then eat. Place light before Him. Burn camphor before Him. Do Arati. Put garland on Him. Pray to Him daily. He will give you everything.

Keep a picture of God in your room. Worship Him daily. All your desires will be fulfilled.  God loves you. He gives you many good things. He gives you food to eat and clothes to wear. He has given you ears to hear, eyes to see, a nose to smell, tongue to taste, hands to feel and work, and legs to walk. You cannot see God with your fleshy eyes but He sees you. He takes care of you. He knows all that you do. He is very kind to you. Love Him. Praise Him. Sing His Name and glory. Pray to Him to keep you away from all sins. He will be pleased with you. He will bless you. There is only one God. But His names and aspects are endless. Call Him by any name and worship Him in any aspect that pleases you. You are sure to see Him and get His grace and blessings.

Brahma, Vishnu and Siva are the three Forms of the one God of the Hindus. Allah is the God of Muslims. Jehovah is the God of the Jews. The Father in Heaven is the God of Christians. Ahura Mazda is the God of the Zoroastrians.

God is the Aim of all religions. Every religion points out the way to attain God. God is the central topic of every religion. Purity, charity, control of the senses, penance, truthfulness, absence of hatred and pride will help you to attain  God.

Mantra Sound The Seed Of Matter
A MANTRA is a mystical energy encased in a sound structure. Every mantra contains within its vibration a certain power. Upon concentration and repetition of a given mantra, its energy is liberated and takes form

There are different types of mantras. Some called Bija (Seed) mantra. They have  no exact meaning but act directly on the nerves of astral body. The other type of mantras, having a combination of words, and having some meaning also set up powerful vibrations in the body.   Most common, however is the deity mantras, in which a specific form with attributes   is visualized along with the repetition of the sound. Initiation - If possible, before attempting Japa one should seek out a guru and receive mantra initiation from him. Only those who are themselves pure can give   initiation to others. Therefore it is important to find a qualified guru to successfully implant the mantras in the disciples body. If no guru can be found, one may select  any mantra that seems appropriate to fulfil his desires, assuming Lord Shiva as his guru and start repeating it with mentally with faith and devotion everyday. The efficiency of the japa is accentuated according to the degree of concentration. The mind should be fixed on the source or the related YANTRA (please see  section for details). Then only you will realize the maximum benefit of a mantra.

C5 - AN INTRODUCTION TO ESOTERIC HEALING

The energy field surrounds and permeates all living beings. It is the scaffolding for our physical body. Within the energy field of each person are seven major centers. Each of these centers energizes or vitalizes its related nerve center, endocrine gland, internal organ system and the circulatory system. It is within this energy field that the cause of disease appears to be located. Through training, a practitioner can learn to work with areas that are weak or congested within the energy field, and by use of various balancing techniques, can bring the individual’s energy field to a more flowing, healthy, harmonious state.
This type of healing work is called Esoteric Healing. 'Esoteric' means 'hidden' or 'further within'. There is a subtle aspect that is not obvious until you study it in greater depth. The existence of the energy field and its use in healing has been known for thousands of years, especially in Egypt, India, and China. It is only recently, however, that modern western science has realized its significance. It has been called by various names: Vital body, bioenergy field, "L" (life) field and etheric body.

What is Esoteric Healing?

Through years of observation and study of many different disciplines, the members of the International Network of Esoteric Healing have developed a Science of Healing in the Energy Field (or Esoteric Healing). This has proven to be a very effective method of treatment. In a healthy person, the energy field is evenly balanced and harmonious, but where there is dis-ease, imbalance and disharmony can be felt. Healing practitioners learn to sensitize their hands and inner perception to examine the energy field in detail in order to find alterations in the flow of the energy field. The practitioner does not touch the individual, but works away from the body.

Is the patient required to do anything?

A brief history is obtained prior to each treatment. The individual is treated in their position of comfort and asked to relaxed and be receptive. Sessions will generally last 30 to 45 minutes. Some individuals may feel nothing while others may have a sense of deep relaxation or light movement. Occasionally the effect is felt immediately, but more frequently the effect is not observed until later.
Our energy fields are influenced by our mental and emotional states, and working in this field may produce an effect in these areas. We ask the individual to have some quiet time to consider the thoughts, memories, and feelings that may come up to the surface of the mind in the days following the treatment.

How many visits does it take?

There is no rule about this. Occasionally total relief is obtained after one visit, however six and ten visits are more often required to achieve balance.

Does the patient need faith?

No, this is not 'faith' healing. Skeptics have benefited from this form of healing. Obviously, if a person is open-minded they are more likely to be responsive than one who 'resists' help. We as a group are spiritually oriented and non-sectarian. We believe that healing energies are available to all, whether or not the individual belongs to any religious denomination.

Does it work for everyone?

We find that about 75% of those who come for help benefit considerably. Of the remainder, about 10% seem to have no benefit whatsoever while the other 15% find that while their treatment has helped, they do not see benefits for several weeks.

In England in 1965 a small group of healers, led by a pioneer radar scientist, began to discover the significance of the human energy field. Until this time most healers had worked through contact with the physical body, but this research group uncovered a far more effective method of energy diagnosis and treatment. They found that they could pinpoint weak or congested areas of the field and then re-charge or re-direct the energy flow. In turn, the energy field affected the physical body as well as the more subtle levels of the individual’s being, and healing took place.
In 1973 one of this group, Brenda Johnston, was invited to lecture on the work, first in England, and then in Canada and America. She set up a series of three courses designed to introduce the student to the esoteric anatomy of the energy field, bringing in related spiritual subjects and meditation. Mrs. Johnston was invited to teach these courses in many countries, including Switzerland, Germany and South Africa. It was not until the early 1980’s that other teachers began to come forward from among her students to share the workload and it was then that the ‘International Health Research Network’ was founded. In 1993 the name was changed to ‘International Network of Esoteric Healing’.
The network is a group of people brought together by their common interest in holistic medicine. They believe that a true state of good health can only come about when there is a balance between the physical, psychological, and spiritual aspects of the individual.
Each network teacher has had a minimum of three years of practical experience using the Esoteric Healing principles followed by two to three years in a teacher-training program. The teachers meet yearly throughout the world to develop, discuss and coordinate their work. Worldwide there are over sixty teachers in the network. Courses are currently offered regularly in Australia, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Spain, South Africa, Sweden, United Kingdom, USA, and Zimbabwe.

Esoteric Tradition

From immemorial time, and in all races, there has been current, especially among minds more receptive and thoughtful than the average run, an intuition, persistent and ever-enduring, that there exists somewhere a body of sublime teaching or doctrine which can be had by those who qualify to receive it by becoming worthy depositaries of it. These intimations have frequently found lodgment in legend and myth, and thus have become enshrined or crystallized in the different religious and philosophical records of the human race.
There is probably no single group of religious and philosophical works which does not contain some more or less clear record, given either in open statement or by vague hint, of the existence of this wisdom-teaching. It is one of the most interesting of literary pursuits to trace out and assemble together these scattered and usually imperfect records, found everywhere; and by juxtaposition to discover in them distinct and easily verifiable proof that they are indeed but fragments of an archaic wisdom common to the human race. The literary historian, the mythologer, the anthropologist, all know of the existence of these scattered fragments of archaic thought, but being utterly unable to make anything coherently sensible of them, they are usually falsely ascribed to the inventive genius of so-called primitive man weaving myths and legendary tales about natural phenomena which had occurred and which, because of the fear and awe their appearance had aroused, were thought to be the workings of gods and genii, godlings and demons, some friendly and some inimical to man.
Running in a directly contrary direction is the teaching brought again to the western world by H. P. Blavatsky, who showed in her marvelous books the real and continuing existence in the world of such a body of wisdom-teaching, full and complete, coherent throughout and throughout logically satisfying, and comprising in its totality a marvelous system of very difficult teaching, of information dealing not only with cosmogonic matters embracing the noumena and the phenomena of the universe but, because naturally included in this totality, likewise a complete story of the origin, nature, and destiny of man.
This great system of teaching has been called in different ages the esoteric philosophy, wisdom-religion, secret doctrine, ancient wisdom, or again, the esoteric tradition. As stated by H. P. Blavatsky in the Introductory to her Secret Doctrine:
the Esoteric philosophy is alone calculated to withstand, in this age of crass and illogical materialism, the repeated attacks on all and everything man holds most dear and sacred, in his inner spiritual life. . . . Moreover, Esoteric philosophy reconciles all religions, strips every one of its outward, human garments, and shows the root of each to be identical with that of every other great religion. It proves the necessity of an absolute Divine Principle in nature. . . .
. . . The Secret Doctrine was the universally diffused religion of the ancient and prehistoric world. Proofs of its diffusion, authentic records of its history, a complete chain of documents, showing its character and presence in every land, together with the teaching of all its great adepts, exist to this day . . .
. . . Fragments have survived geological and political cataclysms to tell the story; and every survival shows evidence that the now Secret Wisdom was once the one fountain head, the ever-flowing perennial source, at which were fed all its streamlets -- the later religions of all nations -- from the first down to the last. -- pp. xx, xxxiv, xliv-xlv
An exhaustive and genuinely critical examination, conducted in a wholly impersonal spirit, of even the remains of ancient times will convince one that these statements are founded on truth and fact; and the conviction grows upon the impartial student that it is a marvel that scholars could have been so blind as to allow the actual existence of the esoteric tradition to escape observation and discovery for so long. What is needed, very evidently, is more intuition and less merely brain-mind analysis of dates and grammar and names and spellings.
Intuition, be it active or relatively inactive, is the source of all human understanding of truth. It lives in the heart of man, in the core of his being; and it is the working of this intuition which gives to him all his highest and best ideas regarding the nature of man and the universe. Doubtless everyone has at some time thought: Is there no truth in the universe that a thinking man can find and understand? Is there in fact nothing but uncertainty and vague surmises and speculations without number, all based upon a mere researching, albeit faithful enough, among natural facts? The answer comes like the "still small voice" saying: There must be, in a universe regulated and ruled by law and consequence, some means of arriving at a fully satisfying explanation of that universe, because it is One, and therefore wholly and throughout consistent with itself. Where then may be found the truth about the universe -- some satisfactory explanation of THINGS AS THEY ARE?
There can be but one truth, and if we can find a formulation of that truth in logical, coherent, and consistent form, obviously we then can understand portions of it equal to our capacity of comprehension. It is the esoteric tradition, today called theosophy, which may be proved to be this formulation of truth -- formulated in our present age according to the spiritual-intellectual fashions and manners of the time, it is true, but nevertheless conveying the age-old message of wisdom and cosmic reality.
The subjects of which it treats deal with the universe and with mankind as an offspring of that universe. It tells us what man is, what his inner constitution is, how the latter is held together in a coherent unity, whence it comes, what becomes of its various principles and elements when the great liberator, death, frees the imprisoned spirit-soul. Telling us all this, it teaches us likewise how properly to understand men; and, understanding them, this comprehension enables us to go behind the veil of outer appearances and under the surface of the seeming into the realms of reality. It teaches us likewise of the nature of civilizations, and how they arise, what they are based on, and of the working of the energies springing from human hearts and minds which form civilization. It offers, moreover, an explanation of what to the materialist are the unsolvable riddles of life, an explanation entirely based upon that Mother Nature which is the source and background of all our being.
Theosophy is not an invention; it was not discovered; it was not composed by some finely intellectual and spiritual mind. Nor is it a mere syncretistic aggregate of philosophical and religious doctrines, taken piecemeal from the various religions and philosophies of the world. Theosophy is that original formulation of truth from which all the great religions and philosophies of antiquity sprang in their origin.
We aver that this majestic wisdom-religion is as old as thinking man, far older than the so-called enduring hills; because races of thinking men have existed in times so far past that continents have been submerged under the water of the oceans and new lands have arisen to take the places of those which disappeared, and these geologic convulsions were long posterior to the first appearance of homo sapiens on this globe. Geology tells us somewhat of the wondrous story of the rocks and seas; how continents replaced seas and oceans, which in their turn now again roll their waters over what was once vast stretches of plain and mountain -- and, theosophy adds, lands which were the habitats of highly civilized races of men.
Indeed, this ancient doctrine, this esoteric system, was delivered to the first thinking human beings on this earth by highly intelligent spiritual entities from superior spheres; and it has been passed down from guardians to guardians thereof, until our own time. Furthermore, portions of this original and majestic system have been given out at various periods of time to various races in various parts of the world by those guardians when humanity stood in need of some new extension and cyclical renewal of spiritual verities.
Who are these guardians of the wisdom-religion? They are those whom we call the Elder Brothers of the human race, and are men in all senses of the word and not excarnate spirits; but they are, relatively speaking, fully evolved or perfected men -- men who have, more successfully than we as yet have, run the evolutionary race and are therefore now, in point of spiritual and intellectual grandeur, where we shall be many ages hence.
In each age which needs it -- and these needs recur cyclically due to the revolving wheel of life -- there comes a new "revelation," a new unveiling with an accompanying spiritual and mental revolution in human minds and hearts, from this great brotherhood composed of these masters of life and wisdom -- a mastery gained through the unfolding in the individual of the spiritual and intellectual powers and faculties which are native to all men, but which require bringing forth or unfolding, partly by self-induced efforts in training and partly by teaching given in the initiation chambers.
Human mentality, while differing greatly in individuals due to differences in individual evolution and because each one follows his own path, nevertheless pursues one common course of action, because we are all intimately related as human beings. On account of this fact, our minds do tend, through the natural operations of thinking itself, towards one common end; so that the universal consent of people everywhere to certain fundamental principles, based on nature's workings in the human constitution, is a proof, as far as it goes, that any system of thought comprising fundamental truths, acknowledged by all men, must be a truthful presentation of the elementary workings of nature, so far as the human intellect can understand and transmit these workings into human mental systematization. And those elementary, or indeed more complicated and developed, workings of nature -- or what comes to the same thing, those natural principles of universal being -- are what we call truth, in other words, things and beings AS THEY ARE IN THEMSELVES.
This body of teachings, kept and reserved for worthy depositaries, yet divulged at cyclical intervals for the common human weal, is the common property of mankind, and is seen always to have been so. Consequently, in all the various great religions and philosophies are to be found fundamental principles which, when subjected to meticulous examination and analysis, are easily discovered to be identic in substance. However, no world religion or philosophy gave out in fullness and in clear and explicit shape or form the entire body of teachings which are at its heart; one religion emphasizes one or more of such fundamental principles; another religion or philosophy will emphasize others, the remaining principles lying in the background and relatively veiled in formulation. For this reason the various religions and philosophies vary in type and characteristics and often, to the unreflecting mind, seem to have little in common, and perhaps to be contradictory the one of others.
Another cause of this variety in shape and appearance is the varying manner in which each such religion or philosophy was originally given or promulgated to the world, the form that each took being best for the period in which it was propagated. Each such religion or philosophy, having its own place and period in time, represents, in its later forms, the various human minds who have developed its doctrines or who have translated it to the world in this or that particular form. These mannerisms of thinking we may discard if we wish, but in the fundamental principles behind every great religion or philosophy, in this universal doctrine, lies the mystery-field of each great religion or philosophy.

C6 - HOLISTIC & SPRITUAL MEDICINE

MERGING TRADITIONAL AND ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE

My journey into the exploration of holistic medicine began in part due to my becoming aware of my own energy system through spiritual study and meditation. Although I had meditated on occasion for many years, I began an intense meditation program in 1989 along with a shift to a vegetarian diet. These intensive spiritual practices facilitated a shift in my awareness during a five month period where I meditated 5-7 hours a day. As my consciousness expanded, I became aware of centers of energies in my body which often felt like they were spinning. These centers opened bringing in information and awareness that I had never experienced. With increased awareness of the state of these centers, illness could be avoided by concentration on the centers in meditation. Before I had this awareness, I would "suddenly" become ill with little warning. Along with the opening of these energy centers, I experienced a shift in consciousness in that I was able to receive clairvoyant information, often through multiple senses including clairaudience, visions, and sometimes a "knowing".
I had left a very busy plastic surgery practice in South Atlanta where I had been working over 100 hours a week. A clairvoyant had visited the office and given me Barbara Brennan's book "Hands of Light". She told me that I was a healer. I asked in meditation what I should do and I heard "quit your job". In late December of 1989 I left my practice and did not return to work until May of 1990 when seven patients called in one week and asked to schedule surgery.
The practice that I returned to was different as I had shifted consciousness. I was still working 80 to 100 hours a week but I incorporated intuitive diagnosis and energy medicine on a daily basis. "Laying on of hands" helped my patients' pain, swelling, resolution of infections, nerve regeneration and wound healing. Wounds healed approximately twice as fast with the additional energy and highly contaminated wounds such as dog and human bites did not become infected with the use of energy medicine.
The intuitive diagnosis was fun. My beeper would go off and I would "see" the injury happen or the mangled hand of the patient waiting for me in the emergency room. While laying hands on, I would "see" the unresolved conflict behind the infection or the issues that led to the injury. As a hand surgeon, I saw a pattern of fingertip injuries with the thumb having to do with "will", the index finger having to do with "faith", the middle finger having to do with "self-love or self-image", the ring finger having to do with "money or material security", and the little finger having to do with "sex and relationship issues". If I could help the patients explore and resolve these spiritual issues, then the injuries would often heal quickly with little chance of re-injury.
My own experience with spiritual "will" issues was demonstrated one day in surgery. I was switching the tip on the electrocautery unit when it short circuited and burned a hole in my thumb. The cord was damaged and I was grateful that it had burned me rather than the patient, but just as the injury occurred, my mind flashed onto a scene in the grocery store where the day before I had decided to buy several packages of cookies and candy despite my inner guidance to avoid sweets during this time. My personal "will" resulted in a thumb burn as a reminder to obey my higher spiritual will. As I became aware of energy centers in my body and the bodies of my patients, I began to understand holistic medicine. You could see and feel how dietary changes affected your energy, how emotional states modulated your energy, and how spiritual practices such as meditation, prayer and fasting could raise your energy. I could even understand how a single "thought" could shift my energy dramatically and even cause physical symptoms. Recalling a difficult surgical case can cause pain in my neck and shoulders as my body relives the mental, emotional and physical strain of taking on the responsibility of carrying a patient through a difficult or hazardous surgery.
I can experience first hand how stress flows through the mind into the body but fortunately I also have the tools mentally to relax these same muscles and bring energy into these areas that are stressed from surgery. Many plastic surgeons by age 40 have required cervical diskectomies due to the strain of arduous and long hours of microsurgery and use of the headlight. Proper strengthening, massage, and chiropractic adjustments can do much to keep the surgeon from going under the knife.
We each have "weak" areas in our bodies that can become symptomatic when we are stressed. Teaching the patient to recognize the early symptoms of such stress and counter with a variety of holistic modalities to strengthen the system is the basis of holistic medicine. The particular modality is less important than the timing of the intervention. Waiting too long allows collapse of the system so that a more prolonged recovery is necessary. Modalities including homeopathic remedies, nutritional supplements, herbal medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture or acupressure, energy medicine, massage, chiropractic and various other physical modalities such as hydrotherapy. All have one feature in common, they help strengthen the human energy system in some manner. It is this "field" effect that characterizes holistic medicine from traditional medicine.
Whereas traditional medicine uses specific intervention either medical or surgical to deal with specific "causes" of disease, holistic medicine fights disease by strengthening the body's natural defenses. The offending problem then disappears as the system returns to homeostasis. This method has the advantage of avoiding the side effects that may accompany traditional medical treatment.
The use of medical intuitive techniques allows one not only to evaluate the patient's energy system but also to ascertain the specific problems that lead to the loss of energy in the area. By placing my left hand over the body's chakras, or energy systems I receive information about the human energy system that is useful in both diagnosis and treatment. Rebalancing the energy through techniques of energy medicine allows patients to recover more quickly not only from surgery but from injury and illness. I also receive information on the patient's willingness to release the energy for no healing can occur without the patient's participation. We have seen or heard of patients "willing" themselves to death in some instances despite the fact there was little clinically wrong with them.
In 1996 I had the opportunity to study another clinical problem that was affecting thousands of women. These women became ill with a progressive disease that affected the immune system and the neurological system and improved after the proper removal of the leaking or ruptured silicone gel implants. I became aware that my own silicone implants were leaking in 1995, ten years after placement which correlates with engineering data which shows leakage usually between 8 and 15 years. My symptoms which included local chest wall symptoms, neurological symptoms, and weakening of the immune system, paralleled those that I was seeing in hundreds of women coming to see me for explantation. In fact, in 1996 with the deadline for removal of ruptured implants, I was too busy to have my own implants removed until early '97. When I underwent surgery in January of '97 both implants were leaking and postoperatively I experienced an acute exacerbation of the silicone symptoms as the leaking silicone was released into my body. My surgeons had not removed the capsules as was recommended, so for several months I fought a progressive metabolic, neuromuscular, and immunological collapse with my weight going down to 15 pounds below my normal body weight. I sought holistic modalities to stimulate the immune system and detoxify the body from the silicone load released during surgery. Within eight months, my immune system gradually improved with the sinusitis I had developed during the last three years resolving and the periodontal inflammation noted by my dentist only recently resolving 1 ½ years after explantation. I still have some neurological symptoms but they are less now. I have used this personal experience and the combined experience of over 250 patients with this illness to develop a holistic protocol which used in combination with surgery to remove the gross silicone from the body has been successful in many women suffering from this illness. The more recalcitrant cases have all been in women who have probably had leaking or ruptured implants for over ten years.
Why has traditional medicine been enable to comprehend this illness? I believe it is the same reason that traditional medicine cannot comprehend other energetic disorders such as fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. These are diseases of the energy system. Many of these illnesses result from accumulated toxins that the body cannot effectively eliminate. Detoxification and enhancement of the immune systems and endocrine systems are much more successful than are standard muscle relaxants and anti-inflammatory agents prescribed by traditional medicine. Through nutritional support, proper exercise, proper stress reduction techniques and detoxification programs we see these conditions improve.
I believe that intuitive diagnosis and energy medicine are the future of medicine. We will not only gain insight into the cause of injury and disease but more effectively treat the disturbance in the energy system using more energy based techniques than specific medications. Preventative medicine will teach patients to become aware of their bodies and deal with stress before it settles into the physical body.
As Plato said: "The cure of many diseases is unknown to physicians. They are ignorant of the whole which ought to be studied also. For the part can never be well unless the whole is well. This is the great error of our day in the treatment of the human body, that the physician separates the soul from the body".
Isn't it time we took Plato's words to heart and begin to treat the whole patient?

SPIRITUAL MEDICINE

Spiritual medicine begins with a doctor or practitioner becoming more aware of energy fields. Usually this is as a result of spiritual practices such as:
· Meditation
· Yoga
· Tai Chi
· Breath work
The practitioner begins to sense his or her energy fields and only then can begin to sense these fields in the patient.
As the majority of other practitioners do not yet have this perceptual awareness, and traditional medicine does not yet recognize energy fields, the practitioners undergoing these shifts have few reference points. Each person's awakening is different but there seems to be common elements. Most begin with a desire to be more in silence, often out in nature. Radios are turned off and the person avoids large crowds and noisy bars and restaurants. Music is soft often without words. More and more time is spent in meditation or other spiritual practices. Dietary changes occur away from alcohol, caffeine and red meat as a result of preferences not abstinence. Spinning sensations are felt in different parts of the body as the chakras or energy centers open up. Often neurological symptoms such as tingling, heat, or jerking occur spontaneously. Intense emotions including fear, anger and love rise up from within often with no apparent connection to external reality.
Relationships often change abruptly with the person sensing that they must leave a job or a mate or both simultaneously. My own awakening occurred more quickly when a clairvoyant came to my plastic surgery office with the book "Hands of Light" and told me that I was a healer and needed to get started. When I went into meditation I was told internally to quit my job. I did so and did not work for the next five months but instead meditated 5-7 hours a day, began a vegetarian diet and worked with a spiritual group several times a week in order to develop spiritual sight and hearing.
Faith is developed and tested as the person learns to walk "the razor's edge", relying on intuition rather than logic or the advice of others. Families are often alienated as they sense an abrupt change in the person and resent their advice not being followed.
As energy shifts occur the practitioner becomes more aware of their energy body, especially of weak areas. By working in meditation with weak energy centers many acute illnesses can be avoided. Whereas before the shift, I would suddenly become ill with a viral infection, I now have a chance to work with a weak "chakras" or energy systems and often can avoid the cold or flu. As energy centers open up, one develops an ability to sense or feel things intuitively. Other sources of clairvoyant information develop including spiritual hearing or clairaudience and spiritual sight or clairvoyance. And finally, the strongest intuitive information comes through an acute sense of "knowing".
My experience with this shift included having my car radio break 11 times within a six month period so that when I was in the car I would hear internal lectures on the spiritual causes of illness. Later I would read Carolyn Myss' and Dr. Norm Shealy's book, "The Creation of Health" and have an interesting confirmation of the information in these lectures.
My beeper would go off and I would "see" the injury of the person waiting for me in the emergency room or I would lay hands on a patient and see the conflict or hear the name of the person with which they were in conflict. Several of my patients must have thought I was a witch, considering how high they jumped when I said a few words to them. But this is the core of spiritual medicine. Conflict not previously resolved in the mental and emotional plane can cause illness in the physical plane.
Spiritual medicine acknowledges this and helps the patient see how conflict resolution is crucial in order to get well quickly. As a hand surgeon, I have seen time and again these principles in hand injuries. The thumb is involved in spiritual will issues, the index finger in faith issues, the middle finger in self-love issues and the ring finger in material and security issues including money and the little finger in relationship and sex issues. If I can help my patients recognize the connection and they are able consciously to work on these issues, they recover faster and are less prone to re-injury.
So how do we become ill?
Each of us has a certain amount of "life force" energy. We can measure this energy with devices that measure the aura. Without such devices we have to rely on our intuitive senses. Often we can feel the energy around the person. People with large bright auras make us feel better and people with dark auras drain us.
Each of us is given a "quanta" of energy, to use for "our daily bread". How much we have at the end of the day depends on how we use it. Life force energy can be stimulated by sunlight, exercise, meditation and vital foods. Dr. Valerie Hunt has a videotape of a machine that measures auras, recording the difference in the aura of a person eating vital food and eating junk food. Anything or anybody we bring into our field has the capacity to change our field. Meditation, yoga, and breath work very much increase the life force as if we are tapping directly into the source of this energy. Any creative activity also increases the energy flow into our field.
What depletes us?
The two most significant ways to waste energy is through judgment and defending one's sense of self-importance. Certain types of foods, electromagnetic fields, and addictions deplete the field. Addictions actually use up a certain amount of etheric or life force energy with each "desire" created. Addictions can be to a wide variety of things - food, drugs, sex, alcohol, body image, and materialism. All addictions suppress spiritual growth by depleting life force energy. All are serving the same purpose, to suppress some form of emotional energy that should be allowed to surface and be released.
What can we do to encourage such releases?
Any activity that causes the release of negativity can infuse us with energy. These include forgiveness, gratitude and praise, and praying for others. Healing occurs when there is a large release of negativity rather than the suppression of the energy. The healer helps the patient to transmute the energy.
Do not hold onto old relationships. Energy determines relationships so that if a relationship is not working, release it so that the energy can come back into balance. Do not hold onto any particular relationship, allow change to occur without fear. So many illnesses are related to us holding onto that which no longer serves us. Old patterns of behavior, relationships that are not working, and outdated patterns of thought. What causes us to hold on? Fear including fear of loneliness, fear of separation, and fear of rejection. The hell we know is better than the hell we don't know.
Healing is transmuting that fear into faith. Faith that creation will provide us with what we really need, not with what we think we need. Fear causes us to breath shallowly and causes our life force to diminish.
Forgiveness is a vast topic and one that is crucial to healing. For those of you working with forgiveness issues, I highly recommend Dr. Michael Ryce's work "Why is this Happening to me Again" including his No Fault Forgiveness Worksheet. Forgiveness, as Michael teaches, is for the release of energy in us, not for the person we are forgiving. The release of negative energy generated by the onset of forgiveness can stimulate the immune system enough to reverse diseases such as cancer.
Holistic medicine uses techniques to stimulate the "field". Chiropractic, acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, massage, homeopathy and other holistic methods increase the energy field and thus the immune and endocrine systems. Spiritual medicine adds to this releasing techniques of spiritual healing, forgiveness work, past life regression, and hypnotherapy to aide in the areas of weakness of the energy body. Spiritual practices such as meditation, fasting, yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and breath work help to stimulate and balance the energy body. Add to this intuitive diagnosis and you really have lost the majority of the medical profession. But as we say at Millennium Healthcare - the shift is on, the shift toward more compassionate and effective healthcare. We are on the verge of an awakening. The institutions of medicine, law and politics will only shift as those within these institutions wake up and start to shake the belief systems. And as with any transformation, there will be much "gnashing of teeth". But, as we move forward into the 21st century, all we can say is "shift happens".

C7 – CHAKRAS

The energy balance of the bio-energy system, which is very important to our general well-being and health, can be achieved by energy that is in a constant smooth flow, refreshed and vitalized, aided by constantly spinning chakras...

B4. The Tantric Model - CHAKRAS

B4. The Tantric Model - CHAKRAS A different but parallel model of human personality was developed by the Tantras. Whereas the Upanishads speak of Five Sheaths or Koshas, the Tantras speak of six chakras. These Chakras are (in ascending order). 1.       First Chakra – Root Chakra – Muladahara located near the base of the spine in the perineal space for men, at the back and top of the cervix for women; sacral plexus 2.      Second Chakra – Seat of the Soul Chakra – Svadhisthana located at the level of the uro-genital systems; prostatic plexus; also called Sacral Chakra 3.      Third Chakra – Naval Chakra – Manipura located at the area of the solar plexus 4.       Fourth Chakra – Heart Chakra – Anahata located at the level of the heart; cardiac plexus 5.      Fifth Chakra – Throat Chakra – Vishuddha located in the throat region near the thyroid and adam’s apple; laryngeal plexus 6.       Sixth Chakra – Third Eye Chakra – Ajna located in the space between
